Worst Mistake Of Our Lives!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! We ended up stopping on our way home from the casino about midnight and this was the biggest mistake we have made in years! Once we walked in our room I wanted to walk out. Our room cost 118.61 dollars and when we walked in our room it smelled moldy and like cigarettes. There were pubic hairs all over our sheets and pillow cases. I felt gross cleaning off others pubic hair I finally laid our coats on the pillows so we didnt get random peoples hair in our face. There were cigarette ashes that looked wet on the floor in front of one of the side tables next to our bed, a burn hole in window screen, the heater/ac kept kicking off and was not working properly. The freezer area of fridge was NASTY. We kept hearing other people talking so we turned our TV on. We ended up leaving at 5 am and now there are extra charges to our account. 1 for 48.50, 1 for 200.00 and another for 250.00!!! And when my husband went by there this morning he asked the lady why and she said she didn't understand but it could of been noise complaints and we were smoking in room. Our room phone never rang or anything mentioned when we left at 5am when we checked out at front desk. We just called again because this morning there was only 250.00 charge now the other 48.50 and 200.00 are on our bank account and a guy answered and said he believes those charges are for room damages and there is nothing he can do and the manager will be out for awhile due to surgery!!!! I am blown away right now!!! I didn't complain when I should of and now we are getting treated like this! Now my account is negative and I am furious! Beware staying here you were warned! They will make any and every excuse to charge you for ridiculous amounts of money! I guess they don't get enough guests they will make stuff up to the ones that do stop there to get more money out of.

We'll never know for sure My husband and I stayed one night on August 25, 2023, at this hotel. We were not displeased with anything until my husband discovered several bites in a pattern on his shoulder a day after our stay. He contacted the hotel to advise that we suspected bed bug bites. We had never had bed bugs, so googled to find out what the bites would look like and the description of a zig-zag pattern seemed to fit the bites he had. We called twice to warn them about the possibility of bed bugs, both times were told they would check with the management and get back--both times no return call. The third call yesterday (after telling the clerk that they had failed to return our previous calls and that we were going to contact the health department and would like a refund), the manager came on the line. The manager said they had inspected the room and there was no sign of any bed bugs, that bed bug bites occur in the arm pit and not on the shoulder. We hope that they are right and that no one else has our experience. It was not fun searching our home bed and belongings to be sure we hadn't infested our home. Be warned that if you have a problem, do not expect return phone calls from management without a threat. Good night. Sleep tight.

Bed bugs! My most recent stay was 8/31 - 9/2/22. The room was filthy. After the first night I woke up with what I thought were welts on my hands and forearms. I thought it was some sort of contact dermatitis. The second morning I woke up with bites all over me. That’s when I searched the bedding and found bedbugs. I took pictures, notified the manager (who wasn’t surprised at all) and left the hotel to go and wash all of my clothes and vacuum out my car and luggage.

Nice quick stay! Our flight got delayed 4 hours so we didn't get to check in until 5 AM and the front desk attendant was super friendly and gave us a super quick check in so we could sleep. The room was very clean, halls smelled good and clean and the bed was comfortable. Obviously due to our arrival time we didn't get to try out the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I'd stay here again for sure.

NO FREE BREAKFAST This location advertises online that it has a free breakfast but it does not. I would urge management to do the honest thing and notify people before they make their reservation that no free breakfast is available and reduce their prices. This location also does not notify you about no breakfast when you check-in. In these hard economic times customers should not be cheated out of their hard earned money. I did not care for this location because of highway noise, run down restaurants and sketchy surroundings. Also take note that a suspicious 17% fee will be added on to the bill. These are my honest opinions only.
