Bacon Day! We depend heavily on TripAdvisor reviews when we book rooms. If you do, too, I’ll make this easy for you. Stay here! The place is spotless. The staff is kind. When we checked in, the clerk told us the times for breakfast and said, “tomorrow’s bacon day!” We enjoyed a nice stay and yummy breakfast. If you’re lucky, you might be there on bacon day!

Nice property, horrible guests Checked in on Friday the 19th. Was out that night to dinner with family, and returned to the hotel about 9 pm or so. The front entrance was completely blocked with custom trucks (in town for a show) and drunken guests. All disabled parking was taken up by vehicles with no permits (which I do have and is absolutely necessary). Went around to the back entrance and found more of the same. Definitely a safety issue had there been emergency vehicles who needed to get to the hotel. Finally had to park out away, in a grassy patch, not a parking spot, and was rudely harrassed entering the building by the drunken crowd blocking the entrance. Desk staff saw and heard all of it, and did nothing. Elevator stunk of smoke, and for that night and the following evening it was loud and rowdy on the 3rd floor. I understand the business of hotels and how groups help to keep you fully booked, but it should not be at the detriment of your other guests. Shame because we visit town often, and this is our first choice of hotel, but I will never again choose it if there will be a crowd like this again.

Wonderful Experience It was just a great experience. Very clean, up to date and a great breakfast. We will certainly stay there again. Suzanne @ the front desk was just wonderful. Just off I55 and close to several nice restaurants. Clean rooms, large TV and very comfortable beds. 5 star for us.

Multiple night family stay Newer, clean hotel with a saltwater pool and good selection for breakfast. Overall we had a nice multi night stay. Our first night was a bit of a challenge as one child vomited on the floor at 11:00 pm and the hotel was sold out. I had to clean up the vomit as best that I could with towels and the spray cleaner provided by the front desk. Not ideal, but as a mom you do what you have to do. Then between 12:00-3:00 am there was a lot of noise in the hall. At 3:00 am, I asked the individuals to be quiet and was swore at by one of the individuals. I went to the front desk and let them know what was happening, an employee followed up with the individuals. Things quieted down. I asked in the morning about switching rooms so the floors could be properly cleaned. A housekeeping staff said the floors looked good and we could stay in our room. I asked again if they could be cleaned, they said they would have maintenance take care of it while we were gone during the day and we would not have to move rooms. When we returned at the end of the day, the carpets did not look cleaned. This is a bit upsetting but it was my kids vomit so we did not ask about switching rooms again. We enjoyed the rest of our stay. The breakfast was better than average hotel food.
