Excellent service great staff you're all doing a wonderful job Great rooms, excellent staff, absolutely love staying here. Clean rooms, clean building, always made to feel at home and location is great. Will be back here for my future trips. Great coffee in the morning. I think everyone would be surprised how relaxing it is here

Best experience ever Best experience we have ever had! Front desk went over and above with courtesy and kindness. Very accommodating to our needs. Great night sleep with soft pillows and quietness. Spotless room! Located near restaurants.

Kim is the best! My family and I traveled here and stayed at the hotel while we went to railfan and fostoria. Kim was absolutely incredible and helped us with so much since we arrived late. The hotel is huge, amenities are still not readily available because of covid but that's okay because Kim made sure we had everything we needed. Ups: huge room Elevator works super fast Clean and staff is amazing Downs: there are no dishes or utensils in the room but they are readily available at the front desk

Clean and Comfortable Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very nice to us. Breakfast was pretty small, but we made it work. We room almost felt like a little apartment. It’s nice too the it can accommodate a family of 5, which can be hard to find.

I'm here on a job experience n it's great to me, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, it's like family here n I love i It's still the best place to stay n Findlay, great customer service, house keeping, management, front desk, to the maintenance man!! I give this place a 10 allll day!! I still will be here another before I leave n I'm coming back!
