Quality Inn Findlay

Horrible stay Absolutely horrible. The clerk was fantastic at check in, checking out, different clerk and rude. The room was horrible, had a very bad musty smell, someone left and open Dr, Pepper in the refrigerator, the toilet ran constantly, the mat in the bathtub was rolling up on one corner, there was no Kleenex and the soap on the bathtub had been used and put back in the wrapper. 2 of the 3 light in the room did not work.

Comfortable Quality This used be another brand of hotel as the doors open to the outside. It is comfortable and convenient to access, but is pretty much a no frills type place. I didn't try the breakfast because there is a Cracker Barrel next door and I was ready for a full meal. I'd stay here again.

Disgusting hotel The room absolutely reeked like pee. The floor in the bathroom and around the vanity was dirty and smelled like pee and was sticky. We had to go to Walmart to get a mop and disinfectant to clean it. The pool was closed, to be fair though, they just advertise they have a pool, they never state you can use it.

Clean room, friendly staff, yummy breakfast This was by far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while. My room was clean and even smelled clean! The breakfast bar was my favorite probably because I'm pregnant but the food was yummy! To top it off the people at the front desk were all so genuine and sweet. I didn't have any issues with my stay but if I did I would not have hesitated to ask for help. My kids enjoyed the stay as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience I travel quite a bit since I have retired, and I am always looking for a good deal when I am on the road! I found that good deal with this hotel! Oh, my goodness! Very clean! I haven't stayed in a hotel that was this clean in a long time! I was surprised by everything when I walked in the room! It felt like I had cleaned it myself and that just made things even more comfortable! The staff was very friendly! I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager one morning. I believe that her name, if I remember correctly, was Donna? She was very friendly, always smiling and even made me laugh a few times! The girl at the front desk was very friendly, too! I am sorry I don't remember her name, but I believe that it started with a "J"? "K"? I'm sorry for not being able to give you her full name! I will say that these two employees, at the very least, made my stay just that more enjoyable and I am a hard person to please! When you have people like this in your employment, you do whatever you can to keep them! All in all, I have no complaints! The breakfast was good! The room was clean! The staff was very friendly! Of course, as with any major property, not everything can be at 100% but like I said, I travel a lot and I know a good hotel when I stay at one and this is up there with the top 5 hotels in my book!
