Google needs to update this motel listing I had the hardest time booking this hotel. We were on the road, travelling home from New Orleans. I was unable to log into my Hilton Honors account, even after resetting my password 3 times, chatting with an agent and speaking with three agents. Caused a bit of a headache, but finally got it booked, after an hour. We chose this hotel over others in the area because google listed and showed photos of a hot tub in the pool area. That I didn’t check the hotel page to confirm is my mistake. They have renovated the pool and removed the hot tub. We were really looking forward to a good hot soak after 12 hours in the car. My husband said if the pool had been warm it wouldn’t have been too bad. Unfortunately the pool was barely tepid. Brrrr. We also found the floor extremely slippery- a little bit of water from the pool on the floor and I even slipped while wearing my walking sandals. That could be a hazard for anyone walking too quickly or children playing. That being said, check in was quick and easy, the room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Two waffle irons, two flavours of batter, cheese omelettes, bacon, biscuits, breads, danishes, muffins, cereal, yoghurt, fruit (individually wrapped.) juices and coffee. The air conditioner was a bit noisy and seemed very inefficient. It would run every 20 minutes or so, and wouldn’t run long enough to actually cool the room down. Staff were exceptional and seemed genuinely happy to be there. There were several women working the breakfast area, nothing was ever empty.

Worth a look This hotel is clean and that's becoming more and more rare in recent years. Conveniently located around shopping and many eateries. Good overall experience. Nice folks at the front desk. Quick on and off the highway.

No sleep here! We were traveling to Michigan stopped here for the night reviews were good that is why we decided on this Hampton Inn! The rooms were dated! Carpets were dirty, huge jacuzzi tub with a shower inside the shower head felt like it would come off in your hand while trying to adjust. Then about 2:00 am couple in room 419 began screaming as though someone was being murdered! Man began cursing using the f bomb every other word the woman was screaming at the top of her lungs to shut up! I called the front desk and asked the gentleman to intervene and tried to go back to sleep while it didn’t stop! I again called the front desk and told the man the next call would be the police. Needless to say we paid almost $200.00. To stay in place to get no sleep! Powered eggs and cut up smoked sausage breakfast was terrible to boot!

Amazing service! Nice hotel but in need of updates. How we the staff is beyond amazing. Justin checked us in on 8/13 and our morning breakfast team of Suzanne and Richard were so delightful and attentive. They each greeted us and asked if we needed anything! Kudos on the amazing start to our day.

Hampton Inn, Fishers Old hotel. Terrible cooked complimentary breakfast food. Slippery large bathtub. New computer system and obvious lack of training for same. Overpriced for accommodations. Very small parking spaces. One guest told us that he had ants in his room.
