unacceptable condition & customer service We are frequent patrons of this hotel chain, but have never stayed here. We found our stay to be unsatisfactory, warranting a refund. Our room smelled musty and foul. The curtains were shredded with holes and tears enough so that a pillow was needed to secure them closed, zip ties used to secure curtains to header, all unacceptable conditions for paying customers. I asked for a refund. The manager nodded and gave me a receipt with listed credit but credit card was charged 2 days later. I've made 3 attempts to contact the manager with no return response.

Would stay here again Great hotel, especially for the price. We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a hotel for one night. This one checked all my boxes. 1. Comfy bed and pillows. 2. Hot water fast. 3. Coffee maker. 4. Proper king sized pillows on the king bed, not a dozen of those little lumpy pillows. 5. Blackout blinds. 6. Easy to control heat/cool and not too noisy. 7. Fluffy-enough towels. 8. Detachable hangers. 9. Lidded toilet. 10. Good breakfast. We will stay here again when we’re in town.

Great stay Great place to stay for the Big Ten championship game! Room was clean and breakfast was reliable each morning. Easy on and off the expressway. The staff greeted us each time we arrived or left the hotel. Appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom and cleanliness of the fridge.

Another visit Havre stayed here before the location is good and the area has many more dining options etc over the past few years. Freeway location is good and handy then to major freeways. The hotel was still good for breakfast options etc. It is however getting close to a refresh and will need it in the coming years for sure.

Excellent this is one of the best hotels I've been to in a while customer service was on point!!! Anytime i needed service it was available. breakfast was ok it wasn't a disappoint. I'll be coming back very soon thanks for the service.
