Great place with rip off on parking Great place. Kids had a ball. Great value but I object to the added parking fee of $19.99. Total rip off. They never charged before and nothing changed with the parking lot.

Adult disappointment This was our first time visiting and we will not be returning. We knew before going how expensive the food was , and basically planned on endless Dunkin ( available at the hotel), and door dash . Charging $20 for a buffet breakfast is pricey enough but charging 5 yr olds the same price? Extortion!! The room was in desperate need of updating - I have pictures to show the air filter that looks like it hadn’t been changed for decades, water spots on ceiling , refrigerator that broke overnight , cracked sink and a room that didn’t get cleaned properly. We had to actually call down to have it done. Everything is extra money so be prepared. The elevators were very small and very slow. The water park was big , however some sections like the lazy river was tiny as well as the hot tub. Very crowded. I will say my grand children had a ball in the wave pool and kids sections. The lifeguards did a fantastic job of monitoring everyone. The staff was also very friendly . Take advantage of the free activities in the lobby, and get the arcade passes . Your best bet. This was expensive and for us adults disappointing. Once around for this family.

Unsatisfied customer Currently standing in the lobby waiting on my room to be ready. Its currently 5:44 I checked in at 5:25 and check in was at 4pm. I'm already not pleased and my trip is off to a bad start. I was told it would be a few minutes yet here I am 20 minutes later still waiting.

So much fun Super fun for kids and adults. My kids were so worn out that they passed out at 8pm lol Magiquest had them running all over and rides were great

They sold our room Today we drove two states away to start our four day, three night vacation with three kids under 4. Destination: Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. We were a day behind getting there, but accepted that we had lost out on a day of vacation. Well, turns out being a day late to your reservation means you miss out on your entire vacation. When I went to the desk to check in, I was told that since we did not check in on the first day, the reservation was canceled and the room had been sold. No contact about this from Great Wolf Lodge, even though we have been getting plenty of messages from them leading up to the trip. Also, no refund. And the hotel is sold out, so no option to pay for a room for the night and figure out the rest later. So Great Wolf Lodge has our payment for the room, and a payment from whoever is in the room tonight. Double selling rooms is straight up criminal business practice. I spared the staff from having to tell the crying children that their vacation was not happening. So now we are making the long drive back to Maine, took a week off of work for nothing, sad kids, frustrated parents, and ruined vacation.
