Yuck! The staff is nice and very accommodating. However, this hotel is really run down!! No light bulb in the bedside sconce, cables hanging from the tv and walls, room so small the bed barely fits, bathroom so small can't open the door all the way. Fridge is nice and big, microwave seems new. Very expensive considering how yucky it was.

Gross and Old Room is very dirty, outdated and the refrigerator, shower and lock barely works. Very expensive for the quality. The front desk is neglectful and will not help you. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, just don’t stay here. It is very loud and the walls re extremely thin so you can hear anyone’s conversation.

Truly the worst experience we've had at a hotel. The hotel room was really dirty for starters, everything was filled with hair of who knows what. The pillow cases just looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time and everything was run down. We tried to talk to the person at the front desk about it but he just told us that the room was clean and that he had checked it himself, he said there was nothing he could do and that he couldn't give us a refund for the three nights. We left shortly after but this was just horrible.

Only stay here if there is nowhere else. If you cannot find accommodation anywhere else then this place will do for one night. Rooms are stuck in the 70’s. It was snowing and cold outside and the heater unit was broken, it blew hot air for a couple of minutes then cold air for a couple. The bed had one sheet and a thin cover. The floor in the unit above squeeked and made noise all night whenever someone walked. The tap in the sink had more pressure than the water coming out of the shower. I was there 30 minutes before check in, and they guy still wanted to charge me $20 because I was early. Overall, the worst place I have ever stayed.

Unacceptable standard at whatever price Don’t stay here. If you are thinking of staying here for location and price, still don’t do it. It’s not worth it. The close proximity to the road and rail track means you won’t sleep. The trains are approx 8 an hour through the night and are very loud. The rooms are very bad, torn linen, dirty and frayed towels, plaster falling off the wall and the most awful smell. The images I have taken show examples of the standard. Reception guy was nice but the whole reception area has an overpowering smell of curry and this carries through to the rooms above reception. The images on sites such as hotels.com are not representative of the standard, please don’t be fooled.
