Five stars The honesty of the staff, and especially the housekeeping staff, are amazing. I recently stayed at the best Western and had a truly positive experience. The reason I am so impressed with the housekeeping staff is that I left to recently purchased bracelets behind accidentally. When I phone the following morning, these bracelets had already been turned in to management. They are both being mailed back to me in another state tomorrow. The staff has integrity and moral decency. Five stars!

Not the best The pillows were awful and the shower walls were absolutely disgusting. The rest of the room seemed clean. We are not planning to stay there anymore. I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer. The breakfast was good and that’s probably the highlight of the stay.

Great Staff And Very Nice Convenient Place To Stay Staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Complementary breakfast was nice. Pool area was neat and clean. A computer and printer are available for use. Near Florence Mall and several restaurants, park, and stores.

Overall Nice Stay! Check-In and Out was easy:) Rooms came off clean:) Always love BW bath towels:) Nice TV size and good channel selection:) Comfortable bed and pillows:) Quiet night sleep, no noise:) Breakfast looked like your regular BW breakfast, left early did not eat. Was NOT welcomed as Diamond Select quest like other BW’s or given complementary bottle water☹️ Parking lot is a little of a HOT mess if you park in front of door benches, no room to back out_

Clean and Comfortable We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and to shopping and restaurants.
