Rooms have bugs and the manager is a jerk. Absolutely DO NOT stay here. We checked in on Friday, December 8, to attend my daughter’s cheer competition the next day. Within 30 minutes of being in the room, my 4 year old son had 3 giant bites on his back. My 19 year old daughter had 2 on her hand. I started checking the beds for bugs and before I could even check for bugs, I found hair all in one of them. So we immediately went to check out. The person on duty said I would have to speak with the manager about a refund, and to call him in the morning. I called Douglas Williams, the manager, at 10:00 am the next morning. I told him that my son and daughter had bites on them and he immediately said, “We don’t have bed bugs!” I had not even said they were bedbugs, but he went on the defensive right away. He blamed the MS National Guard and said they had stayed in that room for the past 3 nights and to take it up with them. I told him that would explain the short hairs I found all in the bed (the hotel obviously did not wash the sheets after they left). I then told him that my husband is a member of the MS National Guard. He then said there would be no refund and hung up on me. I should’ve taken pics of my kids’ bites and the hair in the bed, but I was in too much of a hurry to leave. Do not stay here. Room 202 has bugs, and housekeeping does not wash sheets after each checkout. The manager is rude and disrespectful to customers, not to mention blames the military for bugs.

I wish I would have recorded We arrived at 10:30pm on Oct 12th. We left and returned at 1:30 am and someone else in my room. We were given another room but I am glad that we had not unpacked. Me and my husband book without knowing and he canceled the same day but his money was not refunded because we went through a third party. The beds were full sized not queen sized as advertised. You will charged $100 deposit that will be refunded. Showers look like a space ship and need to be updated. I will not be returning and recommended

July 2023 One night visit I arrived at 2:30 for check-in and the front desk lady could not determine if my room was ready or not. She went up to the room “to see if it was ready” 3 different times. She couldn’t locate the cleaning crew because they had left to “go on break”. I finally got checked in after 25 minutes of waiting. It was 3 when I walked I to my room. There was also a $100 fee that they took out of my card and wasn’t returned to me until 4 days later. So that was $100 less I had for my trip. There was no indication that there was a fee beforehand. The bed was smaller than a standard queen and was very uncomfortable. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor while we showered. All drink machines were out of order and the drinks in the lobby are $4 for small drinks. It was very clean in the foyer and the hallways, but it was very humid in these places. It’s like there was no air circulation. I’ve been here many times and I will not be back.

Scammed after checkout. Stayed for a weekend. At check-in they let me know I had to have a $100 deposit. Supposed to be Queen size beds, but were full. The toilet rocked in the tiny bathroom. Wifi kept going out. Hall was smelly in places. The elevator did not come when called once, so we had to use the stairs. Pool was nice, but if you had to use your room towels (they were small), so bring your own pool towel. No safety code/lock on the pool gate. Muffin/toast breakfast and the coffee was watery. After I made it home I had an email saying they were charging me for 2 towels and a washcloth kept (which we didn't), so I called and they didn't want to hear it. so charged $60+ for something we didn't take! Felt scammed and definitely would not recommend people stay here they will find a reason to keep your deposit!

Nah. Working in Jackson as a night travel nurse at one of the hospitals, told them beforehand that I would like a room away from the elevators and other customers so I could sleep during the day...put me right where I didnt want to be. Slept like garbage...asked to be moved but they said they were "full" which I could not understand how with only 6 cars in the parking lot...but whatever. The pictures they post look pretty but you can't smell the weed from looking at the picture. Elevator is old, they don't even have the last inspection card posted inside. Go somewhere else.
