Lacking even the basics I stayed here back in 2018 and reported that it was ‘adequate’. I cannot be so generous this time around. I reserved a room with a King bed, but when I checked in, I was given a key to a room with two Queens. Back to the desk. The hallway carpets were filthy and in places, threadbare. The carpets in the room were better. Despite the entire facility being No Smoking and No Pets, the room had a powerful stench of tobacco smoke. There was only one hanger in the closet, and no spare toilet paper. My wife went down to the front desk and was given “the last roll in the Supply closet”. Really? There was a nice sized table, but only one chair, and no lamp or overhead lighting for it. Is it too much to provide a second chair, so that we can both sit down, albeit in the dark? The clerk at the desk told me there is no Breakfast as such, but I might find a piece of fruit or a pastry in the morning. Pastry meant “Little Debbie”. There was also some orange-colored beverage, but it was not orange juice. Based on my previous stay, I did not expect a lot. But the lack of a chair, hangers, and a lamp made the room simply inadequate. And it wouldn’t be costly to provide the basics! My wife said she would not stay there ever again, just due to the smell. ABV, you need to do better.

You are better off sleeping in your car. I would say you get what you pay for but I have paid 110 a night in other chains and did not feel like I was sleeping in a subway station. The smell of this establishment is unbelievable. Well first off all it is a smoking hotel because THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE. They have no smoking signs on every room and they are as useful as the non existent air freshener. Bring your own Lysol to this place you are going to need it. The carpet hasn’t been washed or cleaned in months, the pillows feel like a few cotton balls wrapped in a pillow case. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for is true after all.

Not at all good Keep looking elsewhere. Our room (122) absolutely reeked of cigarettes then tried to mask it with air freshener. When we got home our clothing stunk. It was truly disgusting and they shouldn't be allowed to say it is no smoking. The carpet (from The Shining) was old and spotted. We were given 2 towels in the bathroom- SWIM towels. Unbelievable. We were there for our son's wedding and couldn't wait to leave. Obviously owners/management do not care. I would never tell anyone to stay here

Avoid like the plague! Avoid this hole! Booked through “official” website and paid extra for a 3pm late checkout. Knock on my door at 10am stating I HAD to be out by noon so housekeeping could go home by 1pm. Rude staff at front desk insinuated I was lying and said they’re privately owned, have their own rules and don’t go by information given at 3rd party websites (yet they don’t have their own website?). People yelling and partying in hallway until 2:30am. Disassembled junk vehicle and trash in parking lot. Coffee packs in room but no coffee maker. Cigarette burns in the bedding, furniture and carpet. Broken chairs, poor lighting, damaged electrical outlets, toilet kept running, poor upkeep in general. The list of negatives about this place goes on!

No AC and Rude staff After a 10 hour drive to this hotel, when we arrived, we were told that half of the rooms AC wasn't working but that we were issued an AC'd room. They gave us a key and sent us to a room that was propped open. It was clean but obviously no AC. It was 105! I have 3 little kids, but it was late so we just sucked it up. By morning, our room was a sauna. When we called customer service and asked for a different room were were told that we should have never been given that room as it has not been working. They did get us a new room, where the AC did work. However between those two nights, we left our AirPods pros on a nightstand in one those nights. We didn't realize we left them until after we made our 10 hour drive back I called their front desk and explained the situation. Our AirPods pros have a "Find my device" on them and I could ping them to the hotel. When I told this to the lady and also told her, I am sure that they are just on a shelf somewhere, I would just like them back, she accused me of stealing them and said I had no way to prove that and unless I was willing to make the drive back thats all she could do and promptly hung up. I am shocked at the lack of concern and rudeness as I have never seen that before. With that said, I would not recommend this hotel. When I asked for the management teams info, she told me "they don't give a sh&! about their guests" and refused to let me speak to anyone else
