Surpassed expectations Not a ton of hotels in Forney, save time and go directly to Best western. first visited the classic big box hotel in same parking lot and mildew hit me in the face, went on instinct and decided to get back in the car and go to the best western, booked right onsite, parking is good with good lights, lobby is fine, the room was larger than most rooms i have been in. Free breakfast, its perfectly fine, they have a ridik coffee machine that spits out lateés, americanos, and like six more. Fresh waffles, protein, and eggs. Read other reviews about lack of items, breakfast is fine. All i want is clean well stocked breakfast and its exactly what i got. Plus i paid less about 7 bux less than the other hotel.. i will come back.

Dirty hotel I thought the good reviews would make this a nice stay, but despite it only being in the 80's, the hotel and room were warm and damp, like the A/C wasn't working, and the bathroom was disgusting! There seemed to be no attention to cleanliness. The refrigerator smelled awful, I hated to put anything in there. I've never had this bad of an experience even at a Motel 6, and paid twice as much. Best Western, do better.

Cleaning of room and staff! Outdated room and cleanest of the bathroom floor was nasty! Not a good stay for the price of the stay! Felt like I was in a Motel 6

Unprofessional morning desk staff Extremely Unprofessional morning front desk staff. Front desk staff extremely rude and when asked what was their name she lied and gave a fictitious answer

Location is good, needs some minor improvements. Staff kind, rooms decent. Breakfast was hot, though limited to two hot items besides waffle and not many healthier options. Birds pooping everywhere. Pool could be better maintained, trash could be checked a bit more. Beds were not great, and probably time to change mattresses. Other than that stay was ok.
