Good, comfortable, clean hotel at reasonable price. Very nice staff. What an excellent value. Clean, nicely furnished room. Great location for travelers. Good, freshly made coffee in the morning. Paul and Neal at the front desk went out of their way to make us welcome. Our pet dog even had a reasonable place to go potty.

Needs an update This hotel is located in a decent spot, with good access to the Interstate and other activities locally. This is why I have chosen this hotel twice in the past few years. Whilst perfectly acceptable as a hotel, I do feel the hotel is starting to look very tired for the price that is charged. Rooms need a good update or at least patching to bring it up to standard. Otherwise, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok and the staff were reasonably attentive. There is nothing outstanding about this hotel - but if you need a bed for the night in this location, it should fulfil your requirements. However, I do feel it is on the pricey side for what it is.

A little mix up. When I arrive alma Was helping me get a room whenever lized. I didn't have enough at the time. When I asked if there was an exit, the other gentleman, was a tad bit rude about it Told me there was not an exit out. The way I wanted when I walked around the building. To my truck There was an exit on the Side of the building. When I return to with more money. Alma Was extremely friendly and explained the situation very well. They were extremely friendly after that. Made me feel at home.

Great hotel for our stay in Fort Collins. We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 2 days. We were delighted to sleep so well in their super comfy beds with comfy pillows. The hotel is off the freeway a block or two, so no noise from the highway. The staff at the desk morning and night were so helpful with our questions. The hot breakfast was great. A little dated and some noise from the guests upstairs, but that is expected. We would stay there again.

Interim lodging Stayed here on the way to Costco in neighboring Timnath. Very nice and clean rooms, but the lobby breakfast was lacking ---- no fruit. Breakfast area is very small. When I checked out, the clerk just took our room keys,didn't ask about our stay, very unusual, and he was not busy.
