Great place Very clean and quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. I would go back. The hotel is off the street, so no street noise. I did not eat breakfast (not hungry) looked like your typical hotel breakfast. I did like the brewery that is in same parking lot.

2 nights of nightmare We got there on a Friday at 6pm, I had specified when making reservation to give me a lower floor because my mother is in a wheel chair. It was 3 of us, well they gave us a 2nd floor room when getting there after a long walk we find out that it has only one bed, I had to go back and get my mother down again, and ask for a room with 2 beds. We finally got it, so is 8pm want to take a shower and NO towels only hand towels I could hear the housekeeper lady in the hall, went outside and asked for towels she said to go to the laundry room and ask for them. I told her that I didn’t know where the laundry room was so she told me she was very busy to take me, so go back to the room and call front desk for towels nobody got me towels and we decided to go to “sleep” 12 midnight someone is trying to open the sliding door which is in front of the parking lot. Is a homeless couple trying to get in I called the front desk No one answered, we go to “sleep” 5am 3 motorcycles Right in front of the same sliding door running so loud and people Yelling at each other. I will never be back to this hotel ever ever again and I don’t recommend this not even to my worst enemy

Disturbing to say the least!!!! Over heard some people talking about the staff. Some comments were very disturbing. The manager apparently getting to touchy with one of the staff members. Did not have the pleasure of meeting him. All I do know is this may need to be looked into by the HR department. One of my co-workers noticed how distant the female staff was with him. This was after we discussed what happened at dinner the night prior. I emailed the actual hotel about the matter but never got a response. That was on the 1st of April. So I decided I would leave this here. I was just thinking about the things I over heard. Also the safety of the staff.

The Best Hotel In Fort Collins & The Best Quality Inn Anywhere! Vacation trip to visit family @ CSU, probably the best Quality Inn I have ever stayed in & definitely best hotel in Fort Collins. Great breakfast options, clean room, happy staff, vibrant lobby & the GM was the most polished we've encountered in our travels + he was there the whole time we stayed. Was amazing to see the leader of the hotel interacting with guests and employees so happily. An amazing value & worth every penny. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Great Experience Stayed here three nights, and it was a great stay. Convenient location in Fort Collins, close to both the downtown area as well as I-25, and practically anything you need. Pool is a tad chilly for 5 seconds but the hot tub helps with that. Room was decent sized, pillows comfy. Monica at the front desk was impressive. If I had to nitpick one thing, just sadly the breakfast was the same for the three mornings. General manager did say they are switching that up, so great news. Would stay again if we are in the area.
