Budget place, safe and clean I stayed up here for CSU Parent’s weekend and found it to be more convenient than I had thought, clean, and well lit. The breakfast was wonderful with a good variety. They are dog-friendly which I appreciated.

lack of smile can color whole stay While the campus and the room was what I expected from Super 8, the lack of enthusiasm on the part of the check in person, perhaps I was expecting too much after the excellent experience of the previous night in Rawlins Super 8.

Great budget stay Good stay. Room clean and staff is friendly. Room had. Refrigerator and microwave. Decent sized refrigerator too. Just off highway I-25. However it is a little tricky getting into the parking lot off the Mulberry street. Best to turn towards the Waffle House and come up from behind the hotel. Breakfast is small but it is included. Waffle House I’m walking distance if you want.

it is what you pay for the room was a little dirty (pet hair when I arrived) and the fridge didn't work, however the staff was very friendly and the bed wasn't bad at all. It is pet friendly, which is rare these days. Basically, if you book a cheap hotel, you get a cheap hotel. It was adequate for the road trip I was on and walking distance to several restaurants.

Conveniently located. I liked that we could check out the night before. Breakfast was waffles, fruit, and other assorted hot items. It's better than as described as a continental. No elevator, but inside stairs. There are several steps outside up to each exterior door. Parking is beside the building on the west side. There is enough.
