Wonderful. My go to hotels for long or mini trips The hotel have airport shuttles for pick up and drop off. Breakfast was an added bonus especially if you’re traveling with kids. The rooms is clean hotel staff very friendly and attentive. A shopping plaza and places to grab a quick bite or to load up on snacks is just a few steps away. Gas is near by as well.

Motel feel. No good This room is basic basic basic not worth a $340 Canadian. We only booked it because it’s close to the cruise line -=the room smelt funky. There’s not even two bottles of water in the room. Don’t waste your time here unless you want a motel- it’s far from a hotel. Won’t be coming back

Terrible customer service!! The hotel manager was extremely rude! Corporate customer service wasn't very helpful. Hotel reeked of mildew and the shuttle service picking us up from the airport was slow. When we called to check in the shuttle, he was again very rude. Toilet didn't flush. Stay somewhere else!!!

Relaxing and fabulous! I have stayed 3 times at this hotel. The staff's attention is really quality, they speak Spanish and English, the breakfast is delicious, there is a free transfer to the airport, the town is very good, there are shops nearby. I recommend this hotel for all tourists.

Nice place for short stay The room was clean but the air conditioner vibrated loudly. The breakfast was nice but the area too small for more than a few people. The desk clerk did give us a great recommendation for dinner; Li’l Reds BBQ a short walk from the hotel. Food and prices were great. I would stay here again
