Terrible The location looked decent but there’s a lot of smoking around the facility so be prepared to be hit with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Big roaches crawling outside of the facility. Terrible scent of garbage in their ice areas. I also booked a king size non smoking room and only to get there and be told I had to get a double queen for my husband and I. I was told they did not have a lot of availability. I agreed with the change. I had also rented a second room and had requested to be near that room because we had some kids in there. I was told no, I will get what they can find. They put me in a different building from the other room where I had to drive around to get to the other room. When I opened the door to my room it smelled like straight cigarettes. I immediately shut the door and headed to the front desk. When I told them I could not sleep in the room because of the smell as I am allergic to cigarettes. They advised that they would provide me a refund. This is close to 9pm at night and it’s the weekend where rates are up. There was a handicap room available at the time of my check. I asked to be placed in that room. They refused and lied and told me it was sold. I have a handicapped sign. Mind you I stood in front of the office for close to an hour before heading to my room and bo one ever walked in. After sharing my dissatisfaction from the time I entered the lobby finally a young gentlemen finally agreed to put me a different double queen room. And guess where it was? 3 doors down from the kids room. So the entire time the had the room available but put me through an hour of a goose chase. If I didn’t stand my ground I would’ve been out that night without a place to sleep with the kids and a baby that night. I will never stay or refer this facility. I had booked the hotel through a booking website and I believe that it was a cheaper rate than they would normally provide for a stay and so they willing to let us leave for more money.

You pay for What you get Whole place looked sketchy,, bathroom smaller,, vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years,, pool was closed the entire time even though I was told it would be open the next day,, I was literally scared to sleep under the blankets even though I sprayed Lysol and the entire bed (also the bathroom, tv remote, all door handles, etc) You literally pay for what you get.. so next time I’ll stay in the more expensive hotel.

Worse hotel experience ever. This was a horrible experience. There were burn marks all over the carpet, stains on the curtains, awful smoke smell, holes/cracks in the walls, terrible mattress, looked like someone took a baseball bat to the door, no protein available for breakfast. Need I say more????

Ft Lauderdale the scumbag capitol of the world The hotel was great. Ft Lauderdale was one of the nastiest places I have ever been to. Horrible traffic on every main road, filthy streets and sidewalks, all immigrants, and the white people were rude and very shady. Lived here for forty eight years, first visit since 2008. Even the beaches were not near as good. Lauderdale by the Sea pier was missing the entire center section. Bad bad government owned by over development scum bags.

Nice stay Clean rooms and bathroom loved the pool and jacuzzi after a day in miami. The breakfast was good too
