Enjoyable stay, for sure. Leeann and Nick were awesome .. super nice and professional as well . The condo #315, was great and really clean. Had everything we needed and then some. The heated pool and hot tub were our daily relaxing hangout. The garage parking is a nice benefit since they started charging for parking in most public places on the beach .. We’ll definitely be back as the beach rebuilds into it’s former self …

LeeAnn's Paradise Vacation Rentals Our 8th year Mommy daughter vacation this year! Our usual place in FMB was destroyed by Hurricane Ian, and we needed to find another place to stay. We contacted LEEANN'S PARADISE VACATION RENTALS for a 2 week stay and when we arrived, we were absolutely in LOVE with this place! Leanne's units are located at Harbour House on Old San Carlos boulevard. Our room was beautiful, immaculate and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. Our room faced Nervous Nellie's as well as Snug Harbor and we could see the water from our balcony. On the 2nd floor, beautiful patios adorned with palms and tropical flowers offered comfortable seating and ceiling fans just next to the pool and hot tub. On the third floor there was another beautiful patio with a large grill for cooking your summertime favorites. A very short walk to Yucatan, Wahoo Willies and Times Square and the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. What made this trip unforgettable for us is Leanne and Nick's hospitality, and their very attentive approach to their guests. We were not accustomed to this kind of pampering. Extremely friendly and loving personalities, these two. This was such a plus for us and we are definitely coming back same time next year. We really wanted to extend our stay. They truly made it feel like our home away from home. Many people who travel for a vacation don't have the privilege of seeing that kind of welcome too often. We can't say enough about LeeAnn's Paradise ...But we can definitely add that she made it OUR Paradise, too. Highly recommend LeeAnn's Paradise Vacation Rentals.

Most amazing stay Amazing place…super clean, room was modern and smelled like it was brand new! Management was OUTSTANDING! Tanya went above and beyond for us, welcomed us with open arms….It was hard saying goodbye to her! Leann was super accommodating, worked with me on the booking, super friendly, and her husband was one of the best! Management can make or break a rental and this management by far was the best one ever! Place was beautiful and clean

Post Ian hurricane Visit We are locals that came just to support the few business and employees as they rebuild. I would probably give 5 stars if it wasn’t for a owner resident that seemed to be keeping a very close eye on us everywhere we went in the building. To the point of being a nuisance. When we came back to the building after the local bar closed at 8 pm, we found ourselves totally locked out of the building. The owner resident waving at us from her window as we circled the building looking for a way in. Luckily a stairwell gate was bent out of place from the hurricane. If the “owners” don’t want nightly rentals then make it a rule so we are not put into undpsafe situations.

Great stay !!!!! Wristbands to gain access to all doors free parking lower level cars are always in the shade very clean down block so it was quiet at night close to everything no need for car unless you want to venture out 3 blocks from beach great stay at this hotel no maid service unless you request it if you need anything like towels or TP just ask kitchenette this place was great 5 stars no question
