Mixed bag This hotel is a good choice if your on a budget. The rate was reasonable and we booked knowing this would be a no frills hotel. PROS-Our room was very functional with a fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. Publix grocery very close and Walmart across the highway. Beaches are an easy drive. Most of the employees we encountered were kind and friendly. CONS- Room is very outdated and bed was not comfortable. Also, hotel was very stingy with towels and they were not high quality. When my boyfriend asked the front desk for a coffee filter for the machine the person gave him 1 single and told him not to tell anyone cause they weren't supposed to. LOL- We were going to "donate" a few packs of filters so they could hand them out to guests but forgot. TIPS for management-please give out filters! They are cheap and convenient for guests. Our room could have easily and cheaply been repaired such as a can of appliance spray pain for the fridge that had rust spots all over it. Wood glue and paint for the cabinets which have seen better days. Over all it was a nice stay. We don't regret the choice but would probably try another budget hotel in the area.

Stay away This hotel was horrific. Room smelled of chlorine, was in very poor condition and was filthy. The room had a running dehumidifier if that tells you anything. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even for the price, I would’ve expected a place that didn’t make me want to immediately leave.

Do not stop here much less sleep here! This hotel smells moldy and the rooms are not sanitary and extremely dated. This hotel is disgusting!!!! The rooms are moldy, the beds have not been updated since the 70's. As someone who is allergic to mold, I immediately could feel the effect and had to cancel and move to another hotel. There is a reason this hotel is not priced similar to other hotels in the area. Don't' stay here!! The hotel manager is also not accommodating and refused to refund even after hearing there was BLOOD on the pillowcase. Scammers!!

Brand new rooms 4.5/5.0 Hard to beat a brand new room. This had a kitchenette, small desk area, a small eating table and a couch in one room. Bedroom and en suite bath in separate area. We were one of the first, if not the first, to use the bedding. A rarity. Make sure to ask for one of the new rooms if visiting here. Barebones lodging. No phones in room. No clock in room. No coffee. One, small towel for each guest, but that’s all we really needed. Very grateful for the new room at the price point we paid. Very friendly staff. Pretty much a food desert in that area, so went to Publix for dinner. It was perfect.

Best not stay. Very dated and not clean. Old old old. Everything in this place is old. Stains on the carpets. Peeling vinyl form the kitchen cabinets. Lift groans. Air conditioning set off loud environment warning on my phone. Main area smells
