From the moment I was quickly checked in by Justin to entering the room and getting a great night's sleep, this example of a hotel stay hit every mark on the bullseye. THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT REFUND ANY MONEY The entire hall way smelled like urine that I was on (4rth). The first night I was there, there was a fire in a room down the hall from where I was. The fire alarm just kept going off & no staff member came to check on anyone on our floor. I checked out the next day because the smell was too much! THIS IS THE WORST PART - I was informed that I would NOT get a refund! SO BUYER BEWARE! I was booked to stay through 9/16/2023. I switched to a Hilton across the street & was much happier! I'm also disputing their charges with my credit card company. Awful experience! Not even coffee cups at the coffee station the next morning!

1 bad thing Would give 5 star, but hotel has no ventilation,. 3rd floor smells like rotten vegetables, or someone is cooking what could only be described as dead rats, Just open a window, but windows don't open. Parking lot pitch dark, fix the lights you have in the parking lot.

It was okay The room was clean. The staff was courteous. There were no dishes in the room and for this having a kitchenette, that seemed odd. We had a suite with a separate bedroom. The air did not circulate into the bedroom so it was warm while the living area was cold. The water pressure was not the best either.

Mother-in-Law approved My husband's mother stays in an assisted living in Fort Smith. She wanted her two children to come see her for her birthday/Thanksgiving but with Covid that wasn't possible. So we were allowed to take her out of the assisted living for a week and put her up here. The staff was very accommodating as best they could. We wore our masks and sanitized often. The suite was exceptional. Close to the airport but noise was not an issue. There is a grocery store right next door and several restaurants nearby.
