Don’t stay quality inn fort smith i540 Do not stay at this hotel. The people are unethical. We made a reservation for this hotel 3 hours before we were to arrive through a third party. At 12:12am, we call the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. The hotel tells us the reservation was cancelled and gave away our room. We called Priceline and they told us we cancelled the reservation which was a lie. They would not give us a refund or help us find another room. We did not cancelled the reservation. The people working at this hotel are liars. They were going to take the money and sold our room to someone else. Priceline didn’t help us with finding a new room and we had to make a scene just to get a refund. Disgusting people.

Stay away Roaches. Roaches and more Roaches. Check-in was nice. The young lady that checked us in had excellent customer service skills. The room was the problem. We were in Room 139 and about 3:00 am in the morning there were so many Roaches in the room. We immediately started to get our stuff together to get out of there. Then I had to call the front desk because i stood there for at least 30 to 45 minutes waiting for someone from the front desk. It's just super gross. This place needs to be torn down and be rebuilt.

Dirty and showing its age. Rooms were filthy. Had to ask to transfer rooms twice. The second time was also because along with a filthy room, the wireless door lock didn't work. By the third day, neither did the 3rd room door lock. Also disconcerting was that in the 3rd room was an open box on the wall, near the ceiling, where a fire alarm used to be. The fire alarm appears to have been moved 4 inches to the left of the gaping hole, with the batter compartment popped open. I did not test the alarm to see if it was working for fear of setting off the whole hotel. On our second night, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. We concluded that it was likely coming from the next door room as someone smoking in the their bathroom (which shared the wall and plumbing fixture holes). The staff was apologetic and courteous, but it's very clear that there is no attention to cleanliness or maintenance at this location. The pool was adequate at 6ft. The breakfast was powdered eggs and overcooked sausage. Besides 3 choices for breakfast cereal was a waffle making station -- the one (and only) highlight of the stay.

I’m finished with Quality Inn. I’m. It sure it was actually average. The room itself was clean, as far as I could tell. At least there was no hair in the tub. We actually did have to be moved once because the AC in the first room didn’t work. The carpet on the second floor, where they moved us too looked like it had never been vacuumed not to mention actually cleaned. I’m pretty sure that I’m finished trying to stay in a Quality Inn. I don’t care if they are supposed to be members of the “Choice Hotel” group. This was the second one we tried in 2 nights. At least we stayed at this one. We just left the one the night before.
