Special Extra Touches Beautiful building with 100 per cent of the amenities we expected. Plus there were lots of special touches. There were special lamp decorations in the breakfast room. The waffle iron made waffles shaped like the state of Texas. We were pleased with a complimentary bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom.

Great experience at this hotel Was very happy with this hotel! The stay was made special with little subtleties like fresh cut strawberries on the breakfast bar, the State of TX cut waffle maker, free feminine products in the lobby restroom and happy bags to go with water and snacks. The small things matter even more than the big things sometimes—it shows they care. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly!

Smells of dog and cold food. We are Hilton Honors members and stay exclusively at Hilton properties and mostly at Hampton Inn's when on road trips. We travel from Tucson to San Antonio a couple of times a year along I-10. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the experience was the same. This is property is not typical of Hilton standards. The hotel (halls, elevator) smells of dogs. We went down to breakfast at 6:15am (opens at 6:00am) and the typical Hampton breakfast was anything but typical. The food was cold and the breakfast area was not clean. Next time on our way to San Antonio we will not be staying at this hotel and will just drive about an hour further and stay at the next Hampton in Ozona.

I was swindled at this hotel The management cheated me out of $145. They charged me for staying there on a day when I didn’t stay there. They refused to refund the money even when I explained what had happened. I took it up with Hilton corporate who said they couldn’t refund the money.

Great stay! What we've come to expect with Hilton We were here to go to Big Bend. All the staff here were great and had us upgraded to a large double when we arrived. Very nice girls on the desk as was everybody we came in contact with during our stay. Very good breakfast and lady taking are of it kept it well stocked. Housemaid was very nice and cleaned up our room well.
