⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Four Points Sheraton – Fort Walton Beach We had such a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The grounds are beautifully kept, with lush landscaping, plenty of shaded seating areas, and a layout that feels inviting and relaxed. The location is perfect — steps from the Gulfarium, a short walk to the Boardwalk with restaurants, bars, shops, and a coffee house, and just beyond that, the pier if fishing is your thing. The beach is classic Destin perfection — wide, soft, sugar-white sand with chair and umbrella service and showers for rinsing off after a swim. The beach is also dog friendly before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. (a great touch that isn’t advertised much). Honestly, that’s the only time of day you’d want to take dogs out anyway, since the sand gets far too hot for their paws midday. The pools aren’t flashy but have an elegant, old-Hollywood feel. The front pool near the lobby and breakfast area is heated, surrounded by lush greenery, and has plenty of loungers, tables, and umbrellas, with bathrooms nearby. The pool closer to the tiki bar and beach is quiet and relaxing — a perfect spot to nap or read. We stayed in a traditional courtyard-view room in the two-story buildings, and it was perfect for us with our dog. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the parking was right outside the door, which made loading, unloading, and dog walks so convenient. The deluxe rooms in the tower offer Gulf views and have garage parking underneath. Those rooms are very pretty if a Gulf view is a must, but we would happily book a courtyard room again for the convenience. Breakfast was a highlight — a nice variety with some items rotating daily, eggs cooked to order, and (my favorite) a little coffee pot left at your table if you ask, so hot refills are always ready. We also enjoyed meals at the property: the wedge salad and fries were standouts, and overall, the food quality was excellent for very reasonable prices (no “resort gouging” here). The staff made our stay even better. Denora made breakfast feel warm and welcoming, Luis was wonderful at the bar, and Kasey at the tiki bar kept the atmosphere fun and friendly. Everyone we encountered had a great attitude and added to the relaxed vibe. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value — beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a location that makes everything walkable. Add in the dog-friendly touches and great staff, and it’s an easy choice for our next trip to Fort Walton Beach.

Beachfront room is a must. Great pier views Older beach resort with everything you need to relax your day away. $100 resort fee so be prepared, but credited $25 per day of your stay toward food or drink. Great food too. 2 pools, one up to 5 ft by beach for littles, other is up to 8 ft. Family game room, fitness room, little market for last minute items. Bon Voy members get a free water or soda daily. Beachfront room worth the extra but if on a budget inside courtyard appears very family friendly. Beach chairs are 3rd party and run about $50 per day but a nice beach towel is really all you need.

Great stay We switched our reservation to 4 points after a rainy weather forecast. We got a 2 queen bed room w/ a balcony gulf view. So glad we made that switch. Room was very clean. Beach bar made great drinks. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Would come back

10/10 Amazing Experience Thanks to Diego at Four Points by Sheraton! We had an incredible time at the bars in Four Points by Sheraton, all thanks to Diego, the fantastic bartender who took great care of us on friday- Saturday night. We started at Upper Deck and enjoyed a round of drinks. Every cocktail was perfectly crafted. Diego suggested we head to the inside bar so we could enjoy our drinks in proper glassware. By the time we arrived, Diego was already there, so he served us once again. Each one of the cocktails we ordered was impressive. We appreciated Diego’s attitude. When we offered him a generous tip, he simply said, “It’s not necessary if you’re happy. That’s my biggest tip!” His dedication to making sure guests have a great experience over anything else truly impressed us. Thank you, Diego, for your exceptional service—we’ll definitely be back!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay at Four Points Fort Walton Beach From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Points was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Amellia at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and comfortable. She kindly walked us through the amenities, dining options, and even gave us a great tip about where to find the hotel’s delicious pizza after 5 PM. We were fortunate to have an ocean-view room—and it was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning! We enjoyed watching the fireworks over the pier and even spotted families crab hunting at night. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. During our stay, we rented beach chairs for two of our four beach days. While the chair rentals are managed by a third-party vendor (as they are for all hotels along the strip), it was a convenient option that made our beach time even more enjoyable. That said, bringing your own gear is totally fine too! We picked up a few boogie boards at Walmart and had a blast riding the waves. The on-site dining was excellent—every meal we had was great, and my kids are still raving about the fries! The food, service, and overall vibe of the hotel made our trip memorable. Before booking, I had considered other resorts because of their more elaborate pool areas. In fact, I tried out the Island Resort nearby using ResortPass and reserved a daybed there—but we ended up leaving after just two hours. The atmosphere didn’t compare to the Four Points. Even though Four Points doesn’t have a “whimsical” pool, the environment was more relaxed, the beach was less crowded, and the experience overall was just better. The pool was still very enjoyable and offered plenty of chairs and tables free of charge. This stay has been everything we hoped for and more. We are so grateful to the team at Four Points Destin for making our vacation so special. We will absolutely return—and next time, we’re staying even longer!
