Great stay and location It is located in the heart of Downtown Fort Wayne where it is close to the Grand Wayne Convention Center, the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, and the Parkview Field. There are quite a bit of food options that are walkable from the hotel. The rooms and staff were nice during my stay.

Would not stay here. Pros: Digital Key, Online check in, room ready early. Courteous front desk staff Cons: Room so stuffy and HOT (AC did not help), water came out brown at first in the shower, sheets were rough, felt sticky from the humidity, room smelled of cheap freshener. Carpet was filthy and stained, we did not stay, just checked out and left.

Disappointing Pool We chose this hotel bc our kids love swimming and the photos of the pool looked nice. In reality, the pool was worn and dirty -- the wall around the inside of the top of the pool had dirt stains, I saw more than one floating curly hairs in the pool and it was so heavily chlorinated, we couldn't spend long in there. It was a real disappointment. It didn't feel like the quality you'd expect at a Hilton. The rest of the hotel was okay. The lobby looks decent enough, there's a Starbucks and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good although it was pretty picked over by the time we arrived at 9 am but the staff working there were very responsive and friendly and replenished some of it. Our room was standard. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was standard. Toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn which was nice. I wouldn't recommend the hotel just because the dirtiness of the pool ruined it for us.

Hilton's finest! I was in the Hilton and Grand Wayne Convention center for our company's yearly Christmas party recently and just wanted to say how beautiful the whole event was and how wonderful the food and staff were and especially the guest host Gabriel from the Hilton that's in Scranton Pennsylvania. It was truly a wonderful experience watching his curtious and professional behavior;as well as his attention to details! I sure hope we see him next year!

Dirty. I will not be back. The rooms are dirty. When we arrived to our room, there was food and a pencil on the floor. When I closed the door of the bathroom there was hair on the floor. Went to wash hands and it looked someone left toothpaste stains in the sink. Went to the front desk and gave us a different room, nothing for inconvenience. We came from Michigan for a tournament, arrived at 10 pm and not impressed. We will try a different hotel next time we come to Fort Wayne.
