Great expierence! I was greeted by Bruce, who was gracious and kind. The room I stayed in was delightful, so cozy, and comfortable. My room was quiet, and the bed was the most comfortable. Much effort is put into maintaining the grounds and the rooms at the facility. Definitely, I would return.

Can't Fault Our Stay Checkin was good. The girl on the desk was nice. The place was in a quiet location. Good size room, clean and tidy. Good value for money. No Breakfast, but that was no big deal. Lucky to have ground floor so cases easy to take in and out.

No Payment with Cash App after Reserving it and Booked 2nd Reserved Room out from Under You!!! What a terrible place. My son reserved us the room online with all my information and card info for 2 nights. After a 5 1/2-hour drive and only 1 stop, we were ready for bed, but when we got there, she wanted to see my card, so I handed her the one that I use for everything. It was a Visa Cash App. She called it a prepaid and would not take it. Everyone knows Cash App is used as a Debit card, my checks go to it, it has its own bank and routing number. Anyway, she wouldn't take it on a Fest weekend. Went everywhere there and everyone on that street took my card but had no room available. After 2 hours, we got a call back from Home 2 saying a room cancelled and we went there, and they booked our room. I am so thankful to Home 2 by Hilton. My son reserved his room and didn't make it there until after a little after 4 am. ... after also driving 5 1/2 hours, but he called and told them and even verified 3 times to let them know they were running behind, but they were still staying and offered to pay for the room that night, so they had a room to go to. The lady told him, she would keep the room for him and had his card on file. When they got there at 4 something in the morning, they reserved it for someone else. Took them 2 hours to find a room available at a Best Western Plus. These people ae something else... How are they open?

For starters there is nobody working the front desk. Waited 45 min to check in, not a person to be found. Absolutely horrible! Worst experience and hotel. And this is from someone who gives everyone the benefit of doubt. Had to rent a room across the street at Home 2 suites because no employees were working to check me in and they still charged my card. Never again! Do yourself a favor and stay at Home 2 Suites. They were wonderful and the continental breakfast is absolutely delicious.

Trouble, nasty nothing the pics and there where people hanging outside I was scared to go out to get in my car every tim First of all there was food left in the fridge from previous customer. the toilet was old and nasty. The room smelled bad. There was only two towels the tv was old and did not show clear. They charged an extra hundred dollars the night I went in there they said it was to be put on hold. I would not recommend anyone to stay there there was mold all over the bathroom.
