Don't recommend There were only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I asked the next day and was told I would get them in 5 minutes. We arrived back at the hotel 10 hours later I had to go to the front desk to get them. Lighting is horrible in the sink area. There was "crap" on the bedding. Prostitute in the parking lot and lots of homeless.

Worst Choice Hotel we've stayed at Room only had 2 towels, low on toilet paper, would not bring to room, hot tub is filthy, didn't empty trash at elevator for 2 days, ceiling stains, room door hinges rusting, floor in elevator peeling, breakfast uncooked, homeless people everywhere near hotel,

The beds were comfy was the only positive... The beds were comfy but that is the best thing I can say about this hotel sadly. The elevator was broken, and evidently has been for a while because it had a very permanent looking sign instead of just a paper "out of service". The first floor as we walked to the stairwell smelled very strongly of sewage, but thankfully the room had no odor. We were on the 3rd floor and sadly the only working ice maker was on the 1st floor. You could tell they had to tried to renovate but it was very poorly done in some areas where you could see corners cut. Comfort Suites is usually a great choice for us but I would not stay at this one again.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Hotel. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a Choice Hotel. I arrived late. The room had a hot tub. I got in it for a while then went to bed. The next morning as I was looking for my cell phone, I noticed blood stains at the foot of the bed. Also, after the hot tub drained the most gross residue was on the bottom. It appeared to be mold or human excrement that apparently had come from the jets. I took a towel and cleaned the bottom with it. I left early the next day. I had an appointment and did not have time to complain even though I should have. I got my credit charge statement and they charged me $80.00 for stains on the towel and bed. I contacted the management and they blamed me for the mess on the towel and the blood stains. The room had stains on the floor as well. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Choice hotel. I will never stay at another.

Very disappointing My friend and I just returned from a 2 night stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Fossil Creek in Fort Worth. My husband and I stay at Comfort Inns frequently and have always had a good experience. I hate to say that this particular hotel needs help. They are currently renovating half of the hotel and our room was on the half that was completed. The room was very spacious and looked very nice upon entering. The AC was not cooling and to be fair, the front desk did get that sorted right away. We had no plug in our bathtub, no big deal. After 2 times asking, we were given a plug. There were sugar ants behind our microwave. Again, to be fair, front desk had someone come and spray that area. However, there were roaches, many baby roaches. Most of them were in the bathtub, crawling over the towels and walls. Neither my friend or myself bathed the 2 nights we were there due to the roaches. I did not notify front desk as, frankly, I was tired of complaining. There was no plate in our microwave so we could not use it. There was no tray in our coffee maker so we were unable to make coffee. We went out to the pool area which was very run down. Table was broken, tables and chairs were dirty. The pool water was so murky, you could not see the second step into the pool. We did not get to enjoy the pool due to this. There was a restroom at the pool area. My friend opened the door and immediately closed it. The toilet was all busted up but someone was still using it !! Feces and urine all over, the trash was spilled all over the floor and there was writing all over the walls. You cannot tell me staff did not know about this. This door should have been locked so no guests could see it. When we were checking out, the man in front of us was letting front desk know there were no sheets on his bed(s). Things seemed out of control and I think they need help/guidance from the corporate office. I will say everyone was very nice and all we did was sleep as we were gone all day. This hotel was definitely at a lower level than other Comfort Hotels. I hope they can fix their issues.
