I would stay again Room was big and well furnished. Large couch and chair. Front desk was friendly! Breakfast was the usual. Price was reasonable! I did notice that the stained cabinets under the food counter were very dusty with many food spots or chipped paint! Someone need to give that are a good wash down! Early morning sun highlights the dust and food stains.

The room was like a cave My wife and I stayed here one night, we checked in, to find out the elevators have not worked for over two weeks! Of course we were given a second floor room and told the stairs were at the end of the hall. Not a big deal, I often take the stairs anyway. We walk into the room, all appears nice, I turned the light on, then we notice, there is only one lamp next to the bed, no other lights or lamps in this "suite"! No lamp at the desk, no lamp next to the couch! One of the ceiling lights in the bathroom was burned out. I called the front desk to inquire about the absence of lamps, the clerk said she would look for a bulb, I said, there are no lamps, a bulb will do no good! It seems she had no idea what I was talking about, never heard any more from her, never received an offer of another room, nothing. The rest of the room was in less than stellar condition, the desk had a good sized hole in the top of it, the light switches in the bathroom had substantial gaps around the edges, the paint around the bathroom door was excessively chipped, the bathtub diverter valve was pitted and the carpet near the desk was loose. The windows did a poor job of keeping out the freeway noise, even though the hotel is set back quite a ways from the highway. The blackout curtains did not close tight enough to keep the lights in the parking lot out. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good, don't know about the tv, since I don't watch that, the wifi worked well. Breakfast, thanks to the covid nonsense, consisted of a sack snack, a "breakfast" bar, a tangerine and a pouch of sunny D or something like that. I have been staying with the Choice group of hotels for many years, in the last few years, they seem to have gone downhill quite a bit! It may be time to change my loyalty program.

Be careful... I really wanted to like this hotel, but my advice is to stay somewhere else. First off, they wanted $100 cash at check in for incidentals. Cash?? I didn't give it to him, but told him he could use my credit card. He said cash only. I said I wasn't going to give him cash and that I had already prepaid for my room. Reluctantly he gave me a room without deposit. I went to my room, and it hadn't been cleaned. Went back to the desk and waited 15 minutes for him to get me a different room. Finally I got a cleaned room that could have been cleaned better. Carpet stains, paint peeling off the wall, an air conditioner that sounded like it was on its last legs, musty smell, etc... There was coffee but no coffee maker, shampoo but no conditioner. Most of the amenities were closed because of COVID and I don't blame them for that, but I do expect friendly service and a clean, comfortable room. I got neither. I will not be staying there again, and can't recommend this hotel.

Horrible Worst comfort suites ever Several people were waiting in the lobby with No Masks The lady behind the Check in was also Not wearing a mask She was busy on her cell instead of helping people checking in My husband questioned her about wearing masks and she was rude We never checked in and they refused to refund our money This happened on 10/6 about 7 pm and we had to find another hotel They do not have any safety precautions regarding COVID and it was not safe for us to stay there

Very disappointing We stay at Comfort Suites hotels fairly often, but this experience will have us reconsidering. Hotel staff, while friendly, seem constantly distracted with personal things that made us feel unimportant. The hotel wasn't very clean anywhere, but especially in the pool area and in our room. The pool was littered with used towels from other guests and the pool itself looked very dirty with what appeared to be actual outside dirt inside the hot tub. At breakfast one of the mornings, we were informed that they ran out of meat, yogurt, and other foods. This was well before the time breakfast ended, at 9am. Getting our room cleaned was an issue as well. The hotel has a policy of not changing sheets until every 3rd day (which maybe ought to be revisited considering everything going on), but despite this policy, even on our third day the sheets were not changed. This was apparent because there were items we had left on the bed that were left underneath the "made" blanket. On top of that, nearly everything in our room appeared to have been used and severely abused for years. The chair in the room had its faux leather peeling off everywhere, tabletops and surfaces had BIG gouges in the wood, and the AC unit could barely keep up with 70 degree temps outside. To say this stay was a disappointment is a real understatement. I do have pictures of many of the issues and will upload them if possible at a later date. For whatever reason I'm unable to upload pictures at the moment.
