World class leader in swrvice Normally I don't write reviews till after I leave however the outstanding service I received from the overnight staff has prompted me to write this. I landed 1130pm and arrived at hotel 5 mins to midnight. By the time I realized I could buy a beer it was after midnight which is against the law and I would never encourage anyone to break the law. After scouring delivery service for snacks and a beverage, the front desk informed me they felt horrible about not selling me a bev and they actually took me to a local establishment. This is way above and beyond customer service and should be recognized. I for one will never stay anywhere else in Dallas. The room was clean, ac worked but the service is world class. Highly recommend

Stay Away - Awful management Stay away if you’re looking for a good night sleep with basic customer service. We got stuck here on a layover. They put us in the wrong room, there were cockroaches in the hallway and that wasn’t the bad part. There was a party in this cheap, thin walled little banquet room with loud bass music blasting throughout the hotel, literally rattling the walls until midnight! We asked someone at the counter when the party would end and the girl working, Chelese Smith was totally rude and dismissive and as I was speaking to her she just walked away and a few minutes later a manager came out. We asked if we could be switched to a room on a higher floor and the manager, Nick Fernandez, told us that we should go to a different hotel if we didn’t like it. He was rude, incompetent and seemed to be under the influence of something. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer anywhere, ever. Stay away.

Terrible Terrible, dirty, smelly , uninviting with some cochroaches seen on the property. Very dirty carpets in / outside rooms. Breakfast was bad too. For the amount they charge there should be a better service.

Excellent stay! We stayed for the A&M/Arkansas game. Staff was excellent checking in and out. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee maker in room. Breakfast for purchase. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Parking is extremely convenient. Non smoking. This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. Service animals only. Check the website for details. You will be fined $250 for having an animal on-site.
