Sonesta ES Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek

A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE We stayed here for 3 nights, arriving July 16, and departing July 19, 2024. We showed up early in the morning, around 8am. Upon arrival, we were warmfully greeted by Mary and Smita. The warmness of their welcome matched the weather that day!! It was over 100 degrees! I told them about our horrible experience at another hotel about a mile away. They politely listened to me, and I could tell they genuinely cared, and were compassionate! I knew we were in the right place, before even seeing the room! I pray that all places would have people like Mary and Smita working in the reception area. Our room was not ready yet, (check in is at 4pm) but we returned about 2pm, to not only have our room ready early, but they also UPGRADED us to a 2 BEDROOM SUITE!! HALLELUJAH!! GOD IS GOOD!! We entered the room, and after our thorough inspection, we were EXTREMELY PLEASED BY THE CLEANLINESS!!! The bed, sheets, and blankets were all CLEAN. My wife and I ALWAYS clean any hotel room ourselves as soon as we get in. After cleaning the room, I am honored to say that this room was so clean, our cleaning rags nearly spotless. AMAZING JOB to the cleaning staff. Keep up the good work. This place felt like a home away from home. My wife and I want to truly thank the WHOLE TEAM, who is currently working at this location. Overbooks without remorse After traveling 500 miles with a life-threatening medical condition that is exacerbated by stress, I arrived to find that the Sonesta had overbooked rooms and my reservation was being denied. They knew they weren't going to give me a room for at least SIX HOURS, but did not have the decency to call or email.

Nightmare Scam Artists; DO NOT STAY HERE Literally the worst experience in a hotel. The rooms themselves were nice other than the fact that our front door wouldn’t shut all the way and you could see out of a huge gap into the hallway. When we checked in I told them I may need to stay later, and if that was possible. They said yes just make another reservation online. I let them know that I had made another reservation the night before and he called me that morning and said everything was good just to come get a new set of room keys whenever I had the chance. That night someone came banging on my door and demanded I come to the desk to pay for our room. I told him I had already paid online. He continued to argue with me so I went ahead and went down to pay it as it was Christmas Eve and I just wanted to be with my family. Next thing you know, 8am Christmas morning they come banging on my door again saying to come down and pay for “the rest” of our stay or else they will call the police. I said “for what? Maybe I will call the police” I tried to get on the phone with my bank-but it was Xmas and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I called Priceline who told me it was booking.com’s fault, booking.com said it was Priceline’s fault. They continued to charge my card. There was a charge for $270, a charge for $123, another $123 charge, a charge for $75, a charge for $49 & a charge for 27.50. I refused to pay them again and honestly didn’t want to stay there with my children because of how unprofessional and threatening these people were. I had to wake my children up on Christmas morning throw all of our things in our bags and walk out into the cold without any backup plans or transportation on Christmas morning. I got no apology from anyone at Sonesta, corporate, Priceline, or booking.com, these people are scam artists. I have yet to get a dime back. But I am going to keep fighting until I get every last dime back for what these people put me and my kids through on Christmas morning.

anniversary vacation We stayed there 4 nights in a 2 room suite with a full kitchen. We loved it. Excellent customer service from Sandro and housekeeping. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast with a good selection. We will be staying there again.

Weekend getaway My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was a great experience Everything from the customer service, cleanliness, and breakfast was wonderful. Sandro went above and beyond helping us and we are truly grateful. Solely based on his wonderful customer service, we would gladly stay here again!
