HORRIBLE This place is HORRIBLE! Room was nasty refrigerator was filthy. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Window was open with no screen when we went in. Woke up the next morning and saw a couple bed bugs _. I was given a full refund but this was still a traumatic experience. Desk clerk was very helpful. They are longer pet friendly. But because I booked thru Bring Fido they allowed my dog. Pets would not have made this place as nasty as it is. DON'T GO THERE!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. STAY AWAY I stayed here for two nights and can't say one positive thing about it. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were stained and full of hair, the staff had friends and family that hung out in the building constantly and everyone was super loud. Curtains were hanging off the blinds, there were stains on everything in the room. I was afraid to even take my shoes off. When I left during the day I took all my things because I was afraid of the room being broken into or things being stolen due to the shady characters that frequented the hallways and lobby. Stay away. Pay the extra for safety and stay somewhere, anywhere else!

Great stay!! Good place to stay. conveniently located. Left my laptop and the owner mailed it to me. I appreciate it greatly. Very responsive. Bed was good. The hotel is right next to the highway and downtown franklin is a fun little town too.

Do not go here! Noone checked us in because noone was there to check us in. Then charged us for the night and we didnt even stay! Also a mysterious charge came from chipotle for 28 dollars now i have to get a new debit card and dispute the charges!!

Unadvisable Seedy, unwashed and stained sheets, scary looking people hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. After checking in I began to realize the poor condition of the rooms and quickly requested a refund. They did at least give me no hassle about refunding my credit card and the refund has showed up on my account. I would rather sleep in a pasture field.
