FUN Leah and Kyle are outstanding guest service Hampton Inn professionals! Leah assured me with enthusiasm and humor, during a pre-visit phone call, I would have access to a hair dryer and any other desired toiletry item during my stay with Hampton Inn Franklin. I loved Leah's positive energy over the phone. Leah's radiance was even more spectacular in person! She remembered our phone conversation and welcomed me and my beau with open arms and genuine kindness. Kyle is addictive with his ginormous, considerate heart. Kyle is FUNNY and the best cookie maker ever! Kyle attended to our every need and desire with joy! Kyle made our Hampton Inn stay scrumptiously memorable. Thank you, Leah and Kyle!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious room Room wasn’t ready early, which isn’t a surprise. Parking was plentiful. There are restaurants and convenience stores a short drive away. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Bed was comfortable with four nice pillows and extra blanket in the closet. The shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We didn’t eat on-site, but enjoyed the fresh cookies when we arrived. Would definitely return if in the area! Note: Digital key hasn’t worked in a while, per the receptionist—in case you checked in on the app. If you did check in on the app, make sure you mention it so they can find your booking upon arrival.

Good night's stay We had a King bed room with a small sitting area. The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom had 4 bath towels which we appreciate. The pool was closed. The breakfast was ample with 2 types of waffles and 2 waffle makers .There were renovations going on.

Decent stay. Might try somewhere else next time. Decent stay. Might try somewhere else next time. We reserved a two queen room two and a half months early. We checked in right around 3:30, check in was “smooth” and easy. We got to our room, and there was one kind bed and a pull out sofa. No mention of this at check in. I called the desk and was told they were overbooked and “upgraded” us to a king room with pull out. Upgraded us from two beds to one? Our bed was comfy, the kid’s pull out was not comfy. There was a lot of noise in the hallway past midnight. The doors do not alleviate the noise! Breakfast was served right at 6 am, which was great, but breakfast wasn’t that great. Salty, dehydrated eggs and over cooked sausage was the highlight. Coffee was very good.

Great Service This Hampton Inn is a little run down along with the bedding and bath towels being quite worn. We stayed in the largest room which was comfortable, and housekeeping had it very clean. The Lobby and Eating Area were very clean and neat. The location is fairly convenient if Franklin/Norfolk is where you are visiting. The Front Desk Staff were amazingly friendly, courteous and helpful. So as far as service is concerned there is nothing negative to say. One big negative was the Hilton Honors digital key system was not working for the three days we were there.
