Microtel Franklin, NC - great place to stay Was unable to find our AIRBNB as it was dark and raining in the mountains of Franklin, NC (my problem as we had left Florida much later than planned.)" Was traveling with my grandchildren. Decided to find other lodging for the night in Franklin. Found Microtel online and went straight there and inside to get a room (by this time it was around 10:30 p.m.). The night clerk was extremely accommodating and sympathetic to our situation. She worked quickly to get us checked in and to our room. The room was very clean, very comfortable and roomy. Other night clerk was very kind as well. Thanks!!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMENT AT ALL!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Stay Away! These thief's charged me for nights I did NOT stay in saying I didn't check out the right way. After I advised them of the charge and possible reimbursements they made a HUGE deal and didn't want to reimburse anything. Besides that service they are horrible their rooms are bad DIRTY FILTHY small. Im glad I relocated to another location DO NOT recommend this hotel at all STAY AWAY.

Home Away From Home in Franklin I recommend staying here while you’re in the Franklin area. Annette F. (in the AM) was fantastic! We were welcomed warmly when something came up and we needed to check in early. She took time to make arrangements so that we could check in early and was able to work some magic to save us quite a bit of $$ - she even upgraded us at no charge! The room was nice and clean, and we were treated like family (including our pups) during our stay. It really enhanced our vacation! It was central to everything and lots of restaurants/fast food for ordering in if you wish (they do allow your delivery person to bring to your room). Thank you, Annette! We won’t stay anywhere else on our next trip to Franklin!

Great stay with lovely staff We stayed a couple nights! Very clean rooms. The beds where great. Decent continental breakfast. Plenty of options to restaurant and shops. The girls working the front desk were absolutely amazing. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Awful establishment This place is horrible! The owner is one of the shadiest people you could ever meet! Definitely would not recommend giving him any of your money. Management is awful and they have master degrees in lying! Definitely not worth staying. Especially if you read the other reviews.
