Inconsiderate front desk worker/dogs everywhere My family loves staying at this embassy when we come to TN to visit family. However, this last time I needed to extend my room so my elderly and limited-mobility mother would not have to wait in the lobby while from 11am-3pm while I finished my work day. She was watching my infant in the room. I was told by a very inconsiderate front desk worker that there was no way she could give me late check out because they were in the negative on our room type. She told me I would have to move out of the room and pay for a full day in a different room. Disappointed I returned to my room. The next morning I went back to the front desk to double check and two very pleasant front desk workers quickly extended my room with no hesitation and let me know it’s only $50 and would be much cheaper than paying for another day. Magically at check out the inconsiderate desk worker was back at the desk so I let her know I would be reporting her behavior. She proceeded to tell me that the other employee did the wrong thing and she was right. Then my bill on my room started to raise with random room rate increases after I had already checked out. I think this terrible employee saw that my room was extended and decided to mess with my bill. This is the worst embassy experience I have ever had.

Great stay with spacious room Great place to stay , open atrium with a lot of seating , what this hotel provides as a set ice is very good, my family stayed here for 2 nights and we had a lean and cold room , we enjoyed their breakfast and free drinks at their comp reception. When I am in this area, I will always stay at this location.

Worst hotel ever Hotel was awful the keys did not work and had one dude letting people in rooms ever time you left. Rooms were dirty and are’s smelled like something died in it. Dogs are all throughout the hotel. Worst one I have ever stay at. Lady at desk waited till we paid then said no keys work and no a/c and she wouldn’t give us a refund. The hotel sucks. Do not stay here

Smells like a basement Strong musty /mildew smell. I get that it’s the south and humid. But this place smells like it’s in need of mold remediation. A/C was broken in the room. It’s probably the same broken A/C that another reviewer mentioned a few months ago that they still haven’t bothered to fix. Two technicians came to “fix” the air, and erupted into a full fledged shouting argument in front of me. Then one of them quit work on the spot. Nothing “Premium” about the room. No snacks, just a Keurig, no bottled water and not enough cream/sugar.
