Cigarette in shower Cigarette in shower. Hotel clerk indicated manager would call me about this, but he never did. Sketchy characters around, staying in hotel. Didn’t really feel safe as we were being watched in parking lot with trailer and car with luggage for cross country move.

To say roach coach would be a compliment..NASTY This was one of the nastiest places we’ve ever checked into. We came to Franklin for the night due to my husband having back surgery the next morning and our drive from home is 1 1/2 hours. Mold on the heat / air unit. The freezer area of the mini fridge, the ice was YELLOW .. the phone was from another century long ago and covered in nasty. The room stunk, mold in the corner of the tub, torn carpet and a broke down nasty sofa.. etc We took the key back to front desk and left hunting somewhere else to stay the night.

ROACHES ROACHES… first thing when I went into my room it had a horrid smoke smell, and then I looked at the tv stand and there were German roaches crawling all over it. IMMEDIATELY checked out and asked for a refund. I couldn’t believe it when I seen them.

False Advertising Picked this hotel while on family vacation as they advertised a breakfast. We all get up at different times and some want breakfast and others do not. The “breakfast” consisted of a couple dry cereals, old danishes, old bananas, burnt tasting coffee, and a small cooler of heat up sandwiches. Still due to Covid they no longer have a choice of eggs, sausage, bacon, or toast. Enough is enough change your advertising. The rooms were clean and the parking was good. Frustrated over Covid being an excuse.

fogetaboutit a dump in every sense of the word. high price. low value. room smelled of smoke. carpets, furniture, bedding, everything is in need of replacement. breakfast a joke. nothing but coffee, and bag of pastry. ice machine not convenient location. staff is not helpful. lobby computer and printer do not work. go to motel 6 and cracker barrell and save $.
