Pleasant surprise! This was a pleasant surprise.I.am a diamond member, needless to say,I stay in a lot of hotels. This is newly remodeled, spotless. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was fine I was anxious originally, because the price was so low, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Wait, Where's the Shower Curtain? We were comfortably ensconced in our room, ready to head out to a Frederick Keys game, when my son noticed the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom. I told the front desk person. Instead of scoffing at me, she walked upstairs, confirmed the lack of a curtain, and immediately moved us to a new room. Kudos for the great customer service. The four stars aren't for that. It's for two other items. First, it isn't hard to program flatscreen TVs to see the right channels on the program guide. Beats playing a guessing game through 60 channels. Second, they should consider bumping up their breakfast selections. The hotel is off a busy road with direct access to I-70. People want to fuel up before a big drive.

Would stay again We stayed here for the weekend while at a lax tournament down the road a bit. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plenty of things close by, within walking distance if you like. Shower head or pipes would squeal fairly loud after a minute or two in there but not much else to complain about. We didn’t get the breakfast because we opted to stop on the way. Price was decent and we were comfortable.

Is this really an “accessible room”? Check in easy, but hotel had dated stained furniture in lobby. Outdoor area invited loud guests through the night. Spotted a few spiders in the room. Impossibly high beds even in the accessible rooms not conducive for anyone with joint issues or those of shorter stature. Probably not ADA compliant beyond the grab bars in the bathtub. Those in wheelchairs would not be able to bathe or get into the bed.

Great stay at this nice hotel! We had a very pleasant stay at this Comfort Inn. I liked that the room looked clean (including the carpet), and it didn’t smell like a strong room deodorizer as some hotel rooms do. They must have a good housekeeping staff. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, the bathroom was great, and the AC worked well during a heat wave. And the front desk clerk (didn’t get his name) was really friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Keep up the good work!
