Avoid this hotel My kids and I stayed at this hotel when the apartment we were going to rent fell through. We were completely homeless and has quite a few belongings with us. Originally just booked for the day through an online booking app. When it was apparent that we were going to have to stay a few more days, I booked again through the app. Went to the office to check in and was told that we couldn’t book through the app since we were already staying. She then went and got a sign out of the back office which did state this. However, it was not there at check in or any of the other mornings I went down to book. So instead of being able to pay $60 online they made me pay $100 a day after taxes per night that we were there. We stayed for 5 days. Once I realized it was too expensive I booked with another hotel and called and ask the front desk if I could have a late check out to get all of our belongings out the room. I was told we could have til 12. Got everything out the room by 12:10. And was told at the front desk by another person that they would be taking $45 from my deposit for checking out 10 mins late. I mean I understand the business but I had 4 kids with me and we had a good amount of stuff trying to get out. The front desk is not very pleasant and they don’t tell you these things when booking. Like $100 security deposit and you can’t book online. She swore up and down the sign was out when I booked even though she wasn’t there when I booked and I made it a point to look for the sign everyday I went down to the front desk. No sign. Charging $100 for rooms per night in the state the hotel is in is crazy and greedy. I’ve stayed before with different owners and didn’t have these problems. I was running low on money after having to pay out $100 a night for a mediocre hotel and had a friend offer to pay for a night. Was told at the front desk that “they don’t have time to accommodate me in that manner for just one night” I still haven’t gotten my deposit back and the fact that they were just rude and not helpful at all makes me never want to stay there again. They need to take a class or two in customer service. There seemed to be no problem with the shuttle bus that pulled up with over 25 people from their country. Didn’t see anyone check in or go to the front desk but were directed to rooms. I would check the legitimacy of this place and make sure everything is up to par. I know for a fact that they weren’t there before and didn’t need to show Id or go through the hassle everyone else did. Definitely don’t recommend.

Unfair and Rude We were kicked out of this hotel after being accused of something we did not do. Not to mention, personal items were taken from our room without any permission to do so. They claimed that we had been smoking in both of our rooms that we had rented. Completely untrue. We would never smoke in a non-smoking room. We understand that others may have allergies to smoke. We asked to see the proof they had of us smoking in the rooms and was denied proof. Neither of the rooms smelled of smoke. We offered to walk to the rooms with the manager to confirm the accusation, and that too was turned. After being completely frustrated and angry, we proceeded to checkout and went to another hotel close by.

description is deceiving Breakfast and Pool is why we selected this property. Well breakfast is a "to go" back with a fruit cup and a muffin... Not exactly what we usually see when breakfast is listed. Then the pool opens at 1pm, after the checkout time. We would have stayed elsewhere if that had been clearly indicated as the pool was a must for us.

Just Horrible AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS! Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute disaster. The moment I arrived in the room, I was greeted with a dirty, moldy, and musty smell that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The first issue was the breakfast, or lack thereof. When I booked, it explicitly stated that breakfast was included. However, I was told its not available. I picked this hotel because of the breakfast. The room itself was a nightmare. The TV remote didn't work, and the grime buildup around the tub was disgusting. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in months(maybe years). The mold and mildew were so bad that it woke me up. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the state of the hotel and offered no apologies or solutions. It was like they were used to guests complaining and had given up trying to improve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! It's a health hazard and a waste of money. Go anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to.

Pleasant for short stay Could use some minor improvements, but appeared to me staff in office may be still learning and will stay again if in area.
