Newly renovated! This hotel was very easy to find and right off the main road. Very brightly lighted parking lot - which is always good. We had never been here and didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are probably the nicest Hampton Inn rooms we have ever stayed in. Plenty of plug ins and ports for your technology. We were very impressed!

The friendly front desk made our stay great. Christina, “Nina”, was a fantastic front desk associate. She represented Hampton Inn so well. She thought outside the box to get our itineraries to our students. She gave us the highest level of attentiveness in a professional and personal way. She made us laugh & made our stay! Assigned Room Occupied by Someone else and Charged Wrong Card Upon arrival, my son's family checked into the hotel. T heywanted to use a different credit card than used to hold the reservation. The hotel messed up and charged the room to the wrong card even though they told them twice which card to use. Upon going to the room they were assigned by the front desk, they entered the room. This includes two children. To thei rsurprise the room was occupied by someone else and they were in the shower. My family went back to the front desk. Luckily for my family someone was not waiting in the room with a weapon pointed at them. They were given another room. BTYW.....they are deaf. Safety doesnt seem to matter to this hotel. The room was fine. Breakfast the next day was terrible. No orange juice for my diabetic grnaddaughter was avaible. The muffins were not cooked. Counters and tables dirty. They ate breakfast somwhere else. Will not stay here again. Family was planning to stay in June but will go elsewhere.

Good Hotel Nice hotel in a good location with free parking. Lobby, hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are clean, modern, and functional. Staff was accommodating. The breakfast included with the room charge was good. Experience was worth the price of stay. Enjoyed our accommodations and would recommend this hotel. I would stay here again...Just a note...A popular hotel so when booking your reservation I recommend asking if there are any events at the hotel during your stay and if so, request a room on the upper floors to avoid any noise issues

A mixed bag A mixed bag for sure. Checkin out as prompt and friendly but no acknowledgement of my gold status which I’m sure isn’t a huge benefit at a Hampton Inn but I believe it was supposed to be free bottled water and a food credit. The rooms were nice and well updated as were the common spaces. Breakfast was ok. Not much for a vegetarian that wasn’t sugar laden. Some plain yogurt with granola and eggs without added meat would be nice. The big issue for me was my shower would not drain at all and I finally had to unscrew the drain and pull out hobs of hair. Pretty disgusting and something they should be checking…
