Short, but perfect stay. Clean, inviting room, very comfortable bed, freshly prepared hot breakfast and a very nice couple who own/manage it. Bathrooms very clean, linens in order. A minute from restaurants and downtown Freeport, 2 minutes from several excellent vintage stores. Excellent Value. Would stay here again.

Not bad but could be better Check in was difficult as the desk clerk couldn't seem to get logged into the system with their credentials and after about 30 minutes and several calls to the manager, the clerk gave up and just gave us our keys. Our room, while decent had some trash and an empty wine bottle on the top of the armoire. There were small stains on the curtain, a large crack in the shower and the exhaust fan had a large piece of the corner broken. Water temps tended to fluctuate from warm to hot, depending on the time of day it was being used. The breakfast wasn't great as the eggs had clearly been sitting there for a while and had dried out. Several of the English muffins were hard and the pancake appliance wasn't on. The staff seemed friendly enough, the halls smelled nice and location was convenient to the local shopping.

Freeport Hotel We stayed for one night while passing through from vacation and were very pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is very easy to access the highway from. As other have mentioned the common areas smell overwhelmingly like Febreze, thankfully the rooms do not. Would recommend.

Full of regrets The whole place smells like pot masked by a heavy dose of febreeze. The rooms are ridiculously small. Even for two people, never mind four people and everything they need for a 3 night stay. Breakfast is free but everyday they were out of something. WiFi never worked. Some tvs didn’t work. Rooms felt damp even with air conditioning running. Beds are doubles NOT QUEENS and not comfortable with terrible pillows. I will say the keys always worked & the AC was cold. For about 30 more you can stay at a much nicer chain right off Main St in Freeport. Full of regrets.
