More Than Comfort Inn One of the best experiences at a motel in years. Service was very good, desk staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also one on the best at a motel. I have never wanted to tip the food preparer and desk staff before, but I did. I would love to stay there again.

More Than Comfort Inn One of the best experiences at a motel in years. Service was very good, desk staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Another average Comfort Inn experience This was a pretty typical Comfort Inn, with clean rooms and basic amenities. The included Breakfast was fine, though not executed as well as some other Comfort Inns. The pet fee is reasonable, and it's reasonable close to the highway.

Cleanliness not up to expectations The room was not clean. The soap dish had not even been wiped. It was full of hair and old soap. Hair in the sink too. Seeing something so obviously dirty made me wonder about the places where it was not as easy to see. The front desk young man was pleasant.

They specialize in single use plastic. Room, towels, bed were clean. TV worked and so did the heat. Pleasant person at the front desk....but the room had disposable plastic drinking glasses each encased in a Saran Wrap cover...and the breakfast! plastic, plastic, plastic along with mediocre baked goods and jelly. Offer less and offer quality. A note: I googled the hotel and thought I landed on their site and phone number. I called and got a "3rd party" who lied to me about the availability of rooms (said it was the last room--it was not) and charged us more than $50 or 50% "taxes". He never revealed that he was not the hotel and that the "taxes" were his fees. Buyer beware.

Not as it seems First of all let me say that the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Also the hot breakfast was good and had a variety of things to choose from. However, I had specifically called and asked if they had a heated pool and hot tub the day before and was told yes. That is why we chose this hotel. The pool was NOT heated! I about froze to death and didn’t stay in long and the hot tub was closed!! Very disappointed!
