A little pricey for a room. We stayed 2 nights. No one told us they don’t tidy up your room on the weekends so we ran out of towels. Our bathroom sink’s stopper wouldn’t stay up so someone came up and yanked it all the way out (my husband had to fix it). The breakfast was the usual, not bad. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Barking Dogs, Threadbare Towels, and ripped furniture. We had a very disappointing experience in this Hampton. We always stay in Hamptons around the world, and have come to appreciate the consistent high quality of the facility. But the Fremont Hampton is nothing like any other Hampton we've frequented. Our room had apparently not been used for awhile, because there was a ring of mold in the toilet bowl. Our hand towels were threadbare, although the ones I exchanged them for were fine. The shower curtain was frayed at the bottom. The ottoman in the room had a split across the top, exposing the stuffing. Most Hamptons have an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, but not here. But what totally ruined our stay was the dogs. There were many dogs in the hotel, and they started to bay and yap at 5 AM. One sounded like it was next door. I questioned the front desk about this the next day, and this Hampton does allow dogs. And rooms with dogs are rented throughout the building, not just on a particular floor or section. So, rooms are not set aside for those with allergies to dogs. Or who don't want to listen to barking dogs. This hotel seems to either be failing financially and/or managed very poorly. It is not up to the Hampton brand, in my opinion.

Nope! Very disappointed for a Hilton property. Bathroom was disgusting. Skidmarks on toilet and black yuck under rim. Carpet could use a scrub. Yuck. Breakfast until 10 was gone at 9:50. Nobody ever at desk. Called x 5 both from the road and our room. Never answered the phone. Nobody at desk again for checkout. Big nope for this place for price paid. Over $200 for the night. Won't post pictures it's too nasty.

No maid service, dirty common areas I arrived Sunday, departed Thursday. It was posted that maid service was every other day. I did not have any maid service. I was responsible for my own trash, towels, coffee. $190/night and no service. The room was clean though there is peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The hallways and common area are not clean. Carpets very dirty (or stained?). On Tuesday, when I asked why my room was cleaned, they checked the "list" and apologized that my room didn't make it onto the list. They gave me towels and trash bags. Every day I had to get my own coffee and cups for my room. When I complained, all I got was "sorry." Any other hotel would have offered a room discount or at a minimum points. I just started a 24 month project where I need to be onsite 3 weeks a month -- and will not stay here again.

Just ok This property is conveniently located, but is very dated. They have tried to make upgrades to refresh the common spaces and update bathrooms, but at least in our room they were poorly done; shoddy workmanship. For example, the new tub-liner in our bathroom fit poorly and creaked loudly with every move, even when my kid was showering. The check in and check out process was not smooth and efficient. Especially at check out, the attendant acted bothered that I asked her to check and make sure my balance was zero (i.e. no incidental charges). On a positive note, the breakfast in the morning was well-stocked and very tasty. That was the highlight of our stay. Overall this hotel served its purpose, but did not provide anything extra. For the price, there are probably several better choices.
