We were exhausted and this was an oasis! When you've been moving all day, you need a good place to lay your head at night. This hotel delivered: great beds, wonderful shower, and free breakfast the next day before we hit the road with our moving truck. Front desk was not only friendly but had helpful advice. Definitely would stay here again.

Solid Fresno Stay Post-Renovations The Renovations are complete and our hotel experience was much better than those that stayed during the renovations. The one issue that may or may not be associated with the renovations is the common areas of the hotel were warmer – not sure the air conditioning was working properly in those areas. The air conditioner worked fine in our room, however, like most budget hotels, it was very loud. Like many Holiday Inn Express, the hotel is directly next to a freeway, however, this hotel had better soundproofing than others. Our room was on the side away from the freeway and was quiet. The hotel was clean with free parking. The fitness room was small, but fine as I was the only one using it at the time. We had a King Suite with additional living area. It was a large room with an odd configuration. The living area was sparsely furnished – it could have used some end tables as it was just a couch and chair. Breakfast was fine with great tea choices.

Staff great, did not get to stay a night Did not get to stay a night however we had to stop in for a work thing. The staff were friendly and helpful as. We had a breakfast and enjoyed that, found the area clean and toilets were clean. Cannot comment on the rooms as did not stay.

Bad experience Hotel was dirty. The seats in the dining and guest room were ripping. Our bed sheets were dirty and front desk didn’t want to bring up new ones and wanted me to go down myself after hours of driving. I had to keep calling till someone finally came up to bring it. Stains on wall. Room has bare minimum and less than any other hotel that Ive ever stayed at. Not even charging ports and our room didn’t have a microwave. The iron was didn’t heat properly. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I won’t ever stay here again.

Do Not Visit During Renovation I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel while they are going through renovation of their hotel. They are charging full price for a hotel that is a complete disaster. We stayed at the hotel the weekend of 10/21 thru 10/24. Half the lobby and breakfast area were tarped off on Friday. Saturday the laundry area and one elevator were closed and construction noise was deafening. Sunday there was no construction but none of the closed areas reopened. Monday they shut down the only operating elevator at 8:30am without any warning and  trapping an elderly lady, with a walker, on the third floor. As an IHG member I am embarrassed at how this hotel is being run during construction. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here during construction and if you have to stay here I would  definitely tell you not to pay full full price during their construction
