Highly recommend This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The room was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing, as always, offering a great variety and consistently high quality. We’ve made it a tradition to visit for three years in a row now, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful experience!

Mediocre We stayed here a little over a year ago and it was pretty good. We've stayed there twice since then and each time the rooms are a little shabbier. This week the hallways were dirty, the bathroom had hair and other debris on it and the toilet was not quite clean. The sheets were put on upside down so that the tag was by my face. All in all quite disappointing. There is a good breakfast.

Great Hotel! This hotel made waiting for finals such a great experience! I live out of town and so does my boyfriend, but we go to Fresno State University and it has been super foggy recently. We decided to take here and it was a very pleasant experience. Stephanie was at the front desk and she did an amazing job at showing us a map of where we can find our room, one of the friendliest people I’ve met! The room was very clean and it was pretty quiet for the most part. The complimentary was also delicious. If you need a place to stay I would recommend hotel Piccadilly!

Great experience I really enjoyed my stay here. The pricing was great, check in was quick and easy. I enjoyed their breakfast selections as well. Had a great variety of different options to choose from. If it were warmer I would’ve swam in the pool, because unlike most hotels in winter their water was sparkly blue and looked amazing!! Had a great time with friendly staff!

Traveling with a group or a dog? This is the place. I have stayed at this hotel three times over the last 14 months each time with my daughter's team. They handle groups with ease. The last time we had to bring our new puppy. The dog friendly rooms are great (tile, no carpet). There is grass near the spa and putting green for your dog to use. On my November 2024 visit, I had to speak to the staff on the phone a few times before the trip to confirm our puppy accompanying us, and Renee and Robin were great. When I arrived too early for check-in, our room wasn't ready, but Sophia (I think) was so pleasant in giving my options to spend an hour until we could check in. As a whole, the breakfast is ok, but the breakfast potatoes are AMAZING! Overall, I would recommend this hotel especially if you need to travel with a dog.
