Nice short visit Great weekend stay. Came for the weekend to see the national parks nearby. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed. Staff was attentive and food from the restaurant was really good. I didn’t get a chance to use any other the amenities while I was there but they appeared to be well kept. Would recommend!

Hotel doesn’t enforce any quiet hrs. Other great priced Hiltons in the area. Worst Hilton experience I had overall. Pros: the room was clean. Cons: it was overcrowded, some kind of group thing going on there. These people were yelling, singing so loud past 10pm they kept going past 11pm. I started work at 5am so I was woken up mid sleep every night from their group yelling outside the door. We were in the corner room on the first floor by the restaurant. They didn’t have any other ones as I asked to move us. The pool, bar & restaurant was overcrowded so didn’t try those. Gym didn’t have working AC so very humid/sticky. Tried to Java shop, frappe- not good; parfait- really good. Bought bunch of Naked fruit juices from the shop there, had to throw away 5 of them. The fridge wouldn’t get cold even on high setting and they went bad along with some food. Hotel said they would call me but never did for the issues. I tried to address my concerns there but no luck. People outside the window late at night, yelling, loud music playing. It was such an annoying stay. I just now saw I was overcharged some money, bc they made a mistake. Ready to wait 5-10 business days for the money to be refunded. ** Check with the hotel before making your reservation to see if there are group events being held, if so avoid this hotel** parking will be full too btw. For $250 a night average during our stay, take your business elsewhere. I don’t take the time to review hotels often. Only the worst ones and the best ones. I’m not looking for any apologies from the hotel, what’s done is done. Can’t change the past. Won’t stay again in the future. Just want others to know what they can expect. Theo from front desk and two ladies at the restaurant during breakfast hrs that I talk to were very kind.

Love this hotel I am so impressed with all the staff I encountered on my stay. The front desk staff, the bartenders, the waitress in the restaurant and the housekeeping staff were all so friendly. Room was amazing and clean but the staff really impressed me!

Great hotel but worth a short stay Stay one night during my trip to Yosemite National Park. Fresno is very quiet, and this hotel is located in center but still very quiet especially at late afternoon. Nothing around the hotel, but there are some restaurants a few blocks from the hotel. The lobby was huge with some sitting area, the hotel has a gigantic atrium with artificial waterfalls in the center. The room is big and clean, very nice bed and bright bathroom. Huge TV and adjustable air conditioning. The breakfast area is a bit dark but the breakfast is great, hot served breakfast which was huge amount. This is a business hotel and mostly for convention, nothing special. If you use Fresno public bus from airport (bus 26), it stops two block from the hotel, just ask the bus driver to drop off near Shell Gas Station near Ventura.
