Good spot to rest on way to the parks. Nice place, very roomy. The location is in a good spot. The building is a little aged and worn, but nothing too problematic. Could be cleaner, and it smelled of smoke in the hallways, but it was quiet and comfortable in the rooms. Breakfast is good but not stellar. Price was reasonable, and the staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel with kitchenettes tucked away on a side street I booked this hotel for a one night stay in: Fresno before picking up my mom from the airport (I flew the day before) and heading to Mariposa, CA. This was a great hotel, as it was located near a number shops and restaurants, as well as the Fashion Fair Mall. The hotel however is tucked away on a side street and thus not visible from the main street. The rooms are spacious and feature a kitchenette, as well as living/work space that is separated from the sleeping area by a big TV. The kitchenette was nice, as I was able cook a nice steak dinner. The TV separating the living/sleeping area swiveled depending on which room I was in. The bathroom has sink outside of the separate shower and toilet room. In addition to everything I have mentioned the beds were very comfortable and thus I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Lastly the free breakfast was tasty. My only issue was with my room key card a few times (would not always work) and the front door being locked at just after 7am in the morning. In all this hotel was a good value and will consider it again if am back in the Fresno area.

Dissapearing items Regrettably, my rating is just 1 out of 5. This is because my prescription glasses, which I inadvertently left beside my bed, vanished. Upon noticing my glasses were left behind, I promptly contacted the hotel, only to find out that they were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, I made numerous attempts to reach out to them, but they showed no interest and failed to respond.

Comfortable home away from home The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was standard "free hotel breakfast " fare. The rooms were very comfortable and convenient. The location feels a bit weird when you arrive (felt like pulling up to an assisted living facility), but it proved to be convenient.

Great place, great staff I have stayed at Sonesta ES suites twice in the last month. Every time I've had to call to make arrangements, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly with a very reasonable pet fee, and the property is gorgeous. Derek at the front desk was especially kind and helpful during my check-in process, making sure all my needs were tended to and all questions asked. I highly recommend this property for business or pleasure, and especially dog lovers!
