Great weekend getaway The staff was very nice, we arrived early and they were able to get us a room a couple of hours before check-in time. The only concern was that we could hear the voices below and we were on the fourth floor, this was annoying as people were really loud at night. Overall the experience was positive and we would stay again.

Comfortable, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to Frisco again. I recently stayed at your hotel and want to compliment the staff there. Everyone , from the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. I arrived very late due to a delayed and exhausting flight. The airline also lost my luggage, so the friendly faces were much appreciated. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Not great Statues here 3 nights for a business trip to Dallas. Upon checkin, was charged $100 for “incidentals” as a Diamond member. This is a pet peeve of mine. I understand a deposit when paying cash but a Diamond member using an AMEX? Feels dirty. I had them refund the deposit to the card immediately. Room I had booked was not ready. This is another peeve of mine, KNOW YOUR ROOMS. If you have rooms with balconies, know which ones they are. Front desk was mostly clueless. Room had a stench. Maybe smoke. Maybe mold? Just old and crusty. Balcony door was off track did not work well. Hard to open and close. The smell of the room became nauseating. Overall, bed was comfortable and it was cool. I’m not a super picky traveler so I can respect that. This has a long way to go with the “little things” though. Fix those and it could be a nice place to stay.

Bad hotel One of the worse hotels and staff they basically keep 100$ from you saying it’s a deposit and the never give it back basically putting your money on hold. They Have no respect and they are very rude on the phone knowing they stole from you

Good place and great location Stayed here for four days for baseball trip with son. First, location in Frisco is perfect for Dallas visit. Loved this area. Lots of everything around. Next, hotel is very clean. Breakfast was actual food and plenty of it. Staff were all very nice. Pool is clean and outside. Loved it. Room had everything you need in it. Parking was no issue. Next, in front of it is a great tex mex ranch place. Behind it is a great bbq place. I will stay here again on next trip.
