Good, clean, conventional chain motel This is a good, clean, conventional chain motel. The room and the bathroom were plenty large. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast was nothing special but fine. There are two great things about its location: (1) It is very easy to get to from US Route 68, and (2) there are some good places to eat nearby.

Good hotel Easy access from interstate. Near Frostburg. Clean. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast was very good. Require a 200 character minimum review so rambling a bit. The town close by is nice and old town at that. Trailer accessible but probably not good for semis.

Didn’t meet expectations We made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with a king size bed and had a confirmation number. When we are, we were told that that couldn’t give us an ADA room but could give us a Pom on the first floor. The room was an average room with a king size bed. However, the bathroom was a different story. There were no grab bars in the bathtub and there was a sign that said for our sago to put the rubber mat in the tub. The toilet was so lie that I had to get help getting up until I figured out that I could use the underneath part of the sink countertop to pull myself up. There were no granary in the bathroom at all. When I called the front desk to ask if they had a room with a taller toilet, I was told that due to the AE of the hotel they didn’t have those type of rooms. Not an acceptable answer. They seriously need to upgrade their bathrooms. I won’t return to this hotel.

Extremely upset customer 1st 2 nights I stayed were fine. last 2 nights was charged almost double due to home coming rates. Not only did I pay double for these nights, they put a bunch of drunken idiots blaring a stereo all hours of the night screaming and partying all night right across from us. To make matters worse around 6am the next morning these same idiots are making dog whistle sounds up and down the hall right in front of my room and screaming back and forth with each other. I stayed here because my 6 week old granddaughters parents got covid so I got the baby out of the house. This went from a good stay the 1st 2 nights to the worse stay I have ever had at any hotel the last 2 nights. and remember I was charged almost double both of these nights to put up with this. Contacted management and they would not even return my call. if these 2 nights do not get refunded I will pay an attorney 10 this amount just to prove a point. when you rent a room you are entitled to peaceful use of your room. These last 2 nights were far from peaceful.

Overpriced during Delfest Booked late and was forced to take a room with Jacuzzi - so was charged a crazy rate - over $200 including taxes. Did not use the jacuzzi - but the guy in the room above did. Apparently he left the water running - which flowed through ceiling into my bathroom. I got to listen to his water running late into the night. The room itself was fine - bed was comfortable - checkin and out was easy. The hotel is located on outskirts of town. Best food option is the local Sheetz. Nuff said.
