Nice, convenient stay We were visiting family in the upstate and couldn't get a room in the hotel we normally stay in, so we chose this Hampton which was a little out of our way but not bad. This is your typical Hampton Inn that has had some updates in decor but still has some areas that could use some attention due to age. Our room was very clean and comfortable with updated furnishings, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had refreshed our room after our first night of two. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate, but we did not hear bad road noise. The breakfast was your usual Hampton breakfast, but the dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. The outlet mall next to the hotel, I'm sad to say, seems to have fallen on hard times. There is a Cracker Barrel steps away from the hotel, and we had a great meal with great service there for the only dinner we ate out while we were there. Overall, I can recommend this Hampton Inn for a clean, comfortable, affordable stay.

Needs dedicated rooms for people without pets. Very disappointed. Not too many choices in this area for a loyal Hilton customer. It was sold as the “best in the area” when booked. Handicapped and put on the 3rd floor. Carpet stained and filthy. Bathroom dirty and floor disgusting,1/2 roll of toilet paper no extra.

Nice stay We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Gaffney. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between Kings Mountain Battlefield and Cowpens Battlefield. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bonnie was working when we checked-in and out. (Two others were working when we checked-in. They were nice, as well, but I failed to get their names.) Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was as good as expected with lots of choices: scrambled eggs, ham, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice, and coffee. The hotel is located beside the Gaffney Outlet Marketplace. There were several restaurants close by. A convenience store/gas station was across the road. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Just okay. The hotel was older. The carpets need to be replaced. The front staff was helpful. The AC was noisy throughout the night. A place to stay when on the road. No disasters. Convenient walk to nearby Cracker Barrel for dinner and breakfast. Not an outstanding stay.

Great place to stay Very clean! extremely accessible to the exit and restaurants. Katrina was the front desk clerk and was professional and delightful ensuring I was who I said I was, which makes me feel safe. Well done Hampton Inn! Clean and sleek design and the beds were crisp and clean
