Would love to return Top Notch! The room was large and welcoming. Very clean and spacious. What a view! So peaceful and relaxing to overlook the water at sunrise and watch the lights at dark. The view from the park bench on the pier was superb. Staff was very attentive and friendly which added to us being extremely pleased with our stay.

Really pleasant stay! Hotel was great. Room was clean and fairly modern. Very quiet (and we had a room right next to the ice machine!) One very nice feature was all the power outlets on top of the desk and end tables, putting them in easy reach. Tra'von at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, gave us a good rundown of all the hotel had to offer and went through restaurants that are closeby. Would not hestitate to stay here again!

Exceeded All Expectations! Hampton Inn Gainesville exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. The housekeeping staff thought of everything. Nothing was missing or left undone. Special thanks to my housekeeper, Rose. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. They had scrambled eggs AND omelets AND hard-boiled eggs, plus sliced mango. There were about twice as many choices as I'm used to seeing at a typical Hampton Inn. I'm grateful to Alejandra, who prepared and served breakfast. Special thanks to the front desk, including the woman who checked me in (I did not get her name) and Tre'von, who bid me farewell and wished me a safe trip home.

Great experience GREAT SERVICE, GREAT LOCATION… After having the WORSE experience in the Hampton Inn few minutes before from the one at downtown Gainesville . This one change the bad experience into a Great one as normal Hilton experience, when we arrived the front desk attendant was VERY Welcoming with a smile and Super nice…. After me asking for a room she immediately asked if we were Hilton Honor Members and we told her YES..We were VERY tired and Very happy we found this Hotel…In the morning after having a Great breakfast (fresh and great taste). At checkout the front desk attendant was VERY Nice with a smile.. We are definitely coming back to this location..LOVE THE EXPERIENCE….

Needs updating Hotel is in need of a facelift and updating of lobby and rooms. Employees were nice and helpful so that was a plus. It just felt run down, tired and old. Breakfast offerings were limited, no fresh fruit offerings. Breakfast area needs to be expanded as well, very crammed.
