Nothing Fancy, but Adequate The hotel appears to be an older hotels that has been remodeled with a more modern look. If your looking for something reasonable priced, this will do. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and provided what we wanted for an overnight stay. There was some noise from other rooms when they ran the shower in the morning. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but there was a waffle maker and they had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits that you could heat in the microwave. Our one complaint was that the track for the sliding windows was filty and looked like it had never been cleaned. Seems like it wouldn't take much for housekeeping to clean that as they clean the room.

Professionalism I have been to this hotel before however this encounter was a frustrating weekend. Check in person needs more training on checking in and professionalism. So disrespectful behavior coming out to greet and then the next day we were standing waiting for elevator and they were working on it and did not turn it back on. So I left an elderly couple to go down and have the guy turn it on.

A Galesburg gem _ Rest easy at this pleasant location! Check in is a breeze and breakfast is yummy! Clean and quiet. Dan and staff takes good care of you!

Ok but nowhere near worth the price I had to use points because the price they quoted me in addition to the coupon I was hoping to use was ridiculously high. It was the price of a four-star hotel in downtown Chicago.
