Clean and comfy This was a fantastic hotel. A really comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was a hot continental breakfast that was free. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a train across the street but you could barely hear it.

Excellent amenities and rooms We stayed 3 nights and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We had a handicap accessible room which was very spacious and comfortable. We had a microwave and refrigerator, big screen TV, a desk, office chair as well as a comfortable chair. There was ample space in the closet and drawers. The bathroom was spacious with a tub with grab bars. The toilet was tall enough also with grab bars. The pool was warm and so was the spa and both had a handicap accessible chair for lowering into and out of the water. We didn’t use the gym, but it was nicely equipped. The breakfast area was spacious and well stocked with hot and cold cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits with sausage gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, fresh fruit and fruit salad, hard boiled eggs and a coffee bar. The service at the front desk was wonderful. They brought up a box of Kleenex when we called to ask if they had any tissues. The housekeepers were friendly and were happy to take our trash and trade out some towels. All in all, this was a delightful stay and we definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

Very clean, convenient and pet friendly stay! Love this NM hotel and area along our route from AZ to MN and Wis. Front desk service is fast and friendly. Pet friendly and has a free shuttle to the Fire Rock casino about a mile away had an awesome steak dinner! Hotel has a few restaurants within walking distance. Also good breakfast. The suite is set up perfectly, spacious and price isn’t much different than regular room rate. Also has beautiful mountain views!

La Quinta Done Right As a traveler, it's so easy to carp about burned out light bulbs and the other little things that aren't perfect. It's so refreshing to stay at a property where not only everything is done right, but where management has clearly gone above and beyond. Here are the seemingly minor areas where this La Quinta excels. Their market area has more choices than any other I have come across recently. The coffee station has flavored syrups to make your cuppa just the way you like it. The business area has both a Mac and a PC. Nice touch! Every year, my wife and I travel from one coast to the other (and back again!) I would give place six stars if I could.

Unpleasant odor Customer service and cleanliness excellent. For some reason, whatever they use for cleaning leaves an unpleasant odor, in my opinion. I will limit my future stays at La Quinta. Breakfast was adequate. Good thing train noise doesn't bother me, as the tracks are very near
